Freedom Machine: Byron Bay

We had to drop in here last minute for a weekend away at Byron to sort out transport for one of the kids who had a foot injury. This bike shop not only has a fantastic array of bikes but it also has an excellent level of service and wonderful knowledge of their product and how to get the most out of it. it makes it even more enjoyable experience to get a great product from great people and reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Currently in the market to purchase an e-bike in the next few months, wondered past the shop in Byron.. the team at Freedom Machine were not only helpful and friendly but super informative given their years of experience and expertise in the field. I’ll definitely be going back there for my purchase! :)

Helpful and friendly staff who took time to explain and helped us choose the right e-bikes. The after sale service is immaculate too. The best part is watching how pleased my extremely hard to please daughter was with their efforts. Great job guys!

The best place to buy or repair your bike. Very fast and careful with all the details. They installed my surf rack and set up my bike. I highly recommend them!

These guys do a fantastic job across both sales and services. Amazing range of electric bikes and accessories. The also offer electric bike hire which is a big plus.
