Animal Care Centre

We have been loyal customers of Tony’s for several years and we never had a single issue. Our dogs love going there and always come back washed and content. Knowing our pets are being well looked after puts us at ease whether it is a long stay or just for a weekend. We cannot recommend Animal Care Centre enough to anyone.

Our beloved family cat Luna had her first stay in a cattery for 4 nights and we honestly couldn’t have picked a better place for her to stay. Tony was lovely and very accomodating of Luna and posted photo updates on Facebook which gave us reassurance that she was ok. Would definitely recommend Animal Care Centre, great facilities and great friendly owners :)

My cat is always healthy and well cared for when she comes home. Love that there is often a picture of animals on fb and it's reasuring to see your animal healthy whilst your away

We've taken our dog and cat to Animal Care Centre multiple times over the past 2 years, with stays ranging from overnight to 5-6 days at a time. The animals always come back happy and healthy (with our dog always exhausted!). Tony is lovely to deal with, very accommodating when plans change last minute and booking the animals in is always easy and painless. We cannot fault their service and facilities and would definitely recommend Animal Care Centre to others.

I am one of " those" furparents.😁 But Tony takes awesome care of my baby and I am reassured that she is safe and happy while she visits.

Left my 3 Maltese dogs here for the long weekend. Looked after them well. Happy little fur babies.

Our pooch absolutely loves his holidays spent at the Animal Care Centre. He's always excited to see Tony, comes home completely exhausted from all of his shenanigans and sleeps for an entire day after he gets home. They definitely get a big Yes vote from us and our pooch.

Took the three dogs here for their second stay. They are happy to go and are well taken care of. The staff here are always friendly and are genuine about caring for your fur kids.

Had to do a last minute booking for doggy day care and could not have picked a better place. Our frenchy had a ball and was a happy pupper when we picked her up. Slept the two hour trip home.
Tony was friendly and very knowledgeable.

I left my 2 Burmese cats with Tony for 3 weeks and on my return they were healthy and happy. They hadn’t been boarded before so I was a bit worried but the care provided was excellent and I will definitely feel happy to leave them with Tony again. Thank you 😺😻

Thankyou for allowing us to come see your facility. U where so welcoming. Can't wait for lulu to come stay and a place where we know she will be treated well.

Myself and my husband have no worries about leaving our mate (lndy our cat) while we go on holiday Tony and his family do a fantastic job.

Best kennel I can recommend in Mackay and the Whitsunday area, since moving away from Mackay I struggle to find a kennel as good as this one.

Our Jack Russell pup was excited to go back for his second visit. That says it all for us! Thanks Tony.
