Excellent experience! Wayne was super helpful in organising to get the turf to Hobart and the pallets were delivered into my front yard. The turf is lush and green, and it looks truly amazing. Highly recommend.

Great service. I had arrived late on a Friday, business already closed. A representative had seen me, they came back and offered after hours assistance and advice. He went above and beyond.

Fantastic turf. We used these guys after being disappointed with the other major Tassie suppliers. Well cut turf, super healthy and rock/debris free. Gave us great advice over the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Many thanks.

Very professional and efficient

Really disappointed with our turf. Firstly I left messages asking for the turf not to be delivered until further notice with no response and then they turn up when I didn’t want them to. Secondly they didn’t bring an off-road forklift so they left 4 tonne of grass on pellets on the street. Third there was no mesh in the turf so when we transported the turf to the back yard, which took 2 days because the turf would break apart. Fourth the dirt was dry and was full of rocks. Fifth the turf was not in rolls and had to be laid ok broken bits rather than just rolling out. Fifth the price was higher than other suppliers, which would indicate that they would be providing a superior product. Not the case. I ended up having to use two people for 2 days to assist transporting the turf from the street to the yard and trying to lay broken pieces evenly. An absolute nightmare. Would not recommend

This company uses intimidation and threats to request payment before the job is complete my $7,000 lawn is full of gully’s low areas and bad joints open gaps of turf making the mowing impossible to achieve an even mow. Have tried for weeks now to communicate they are placing the blame on me the client. They are refusing to correct the issues and I’ve merely held $ 800 till the issues are complete left drive way stained with mud destroyed my rock garden and moved large rocks from garden and didn’t returned them, very aggressive behaviour the owner mr W showed up at my work place unannounced to bully and harass me ,
very regretful job incomplete and lawns are very uneven not level buyer be ware I paid premium for a proper level finish with no joint issues was left with massive joint issues not level making mowing this impossible.. they are threatening me with court I’m the client and have paid 98% of my bill awaiting them to finalise the unfinished job and they have done a typical runner very The owner w is rude, aggressive despite the fake reviews. and he is an arrogant lier. Very dissatisfied with the finish as we are not asking for extra just a level lawn to mow was told early when I asked about the base being un even that they would level it by hand this didn’t happen it is a rough job it might look green but underneath it’s like a goat track

I agreed to purchase a 15 kg bag of seed, and was then told that the owner was coming to Hobart and would drop it off. I was then told that there was a delivery fee of $150. I pointed out that a courier would charge around $30, and was told that there is no movement on the price, (on a $750 bag of seed). I subsequently cancelled my order. This is simply gouging and you should be ashamed.

Do not deal with Tasmanian Turf and Lawn. rude, arrogant, unprofessional and way overpriced for the work we had done.

Charlatan! Destroyed the backyard enough that it's now unusable.

Deceptive con-man, don't trust a word W says. Avoid at all costs if you can.
