Elce Swim - Byron Bay

One of my favourites stores in Byron Bay.
I really love Elce. The pieces are very feminine, classy and good quality. The cut, the fitting, adorable! Every time I need new swimmers or shirts I pop by the store and this is not just because of your clothes but also because of the girls! They are always helpful and attentive, special mention to Fiona that always helps me to choose the best items for my wardrobe, offer me to order items for me if they are sold out and goes the extra mile to help me with my bespoke wardrobe. Please never leave Byron 💕

The customer service is amazing, I had such a lovely experience buying bathers. I absolutely love everything I bought, I cannot recommend Elce swim enough

I found the staff at not only the Byron store but also the online team at wanderlust to be so helpful and welcoming. When I had an issue they were quick to respond and very apologetic. Sorted my issue within a day! Thank you :)

Went in to the store today in Byron Bay, the actual store was stunning and had an amazing vibe however the worst customer service. We were in the store for 10 mins with no sign of any staff, when I had to call out to see if anyone was there.. for someone to come out 5 mins later and not even greet us. She then disappeared again and I was waiting to buy something, and once again very very poor service.

So disappointed with the swimwear I purchased. The set didn’t even last 6 months. The colour faded and the fabric unruffled leaving the swimwear unwearable. Waste of money!
