Richard has been looking after our pool for a few months now. We originally only called him to help fix a pipe, but he was so lovely and helpful we decided we need him to look after our pool every 4 weeks! After dealing with some other Mackay pool maintenance companies in the past, we are pleasantly surprised with just how helpful he is. Nothing is too much trouble. Always smiling and friendly, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Just purchased a house with a pool and we took a water sample to the shop came home put the recommended purchaded products in it and two days later it was not looking so good. We called Richard who solved our problem quickly. Richard now services our pool once a month. No more pool worries. Thank you for your professional and friendly service.

I called Richard as I needed urgent help with my pool which was a mess after a burst water main resulting in no pool maintenance for nearly three weeks. The pool was starting to look very ugly and I was in dire need of someone as our regular pool people would not come. Richard came that afternoon, did a full inspection of the pump etc, fixed the problems, made sure that all of the pipes were reconnected correctly and treated the pool. He left me clear instructions on what to do and what to look out for until his return a couple of days later. He returned vacuumed and treated the pool once again. I can not recommend this company highly enough, Excellent Knowledge, Excellent work ethic, Professional Polite and very very competitively priced. Will use moving forward to maintain my motel pool.
