I am very happy with the service and supply by Auto Parts Supply.
Jason was very helpful and courteous on the phone and obviously is very experienced.
I required a part for my wife's car and having ordered it on the Wednesday afternoon I received it here in Darwin on Friday morning.
Merely perusing their site can tell you that they are a very experienced company!

Amazing service, Ordered a rear lense for a Great Wall ute on Tuesday 11am Western Australia time, the parcel turned up the late afternoon the next day . I paid express, but absolutely blown away by the service.

adam, jason,wade here at auto parts truly do know the meaning of trade partner customer service. They deliver above industry standard level of communication and parts interpretations, they may be a little farther away from our regular suppliers. However give them a try , you will see what we mean. They dont muck around with gettings parts to you in a timely manner

Sought a part that some suggested was made from unobtanium, they had it on the shelf ! Dealing with them was painless and convivial, with the part sent Friday and delivered to me Monday morning in Sydney. Part was exactly the same as original and fitted perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered Mercedes power window regulator, wasn't sure if it would be as good as a genuine part given the extremely competitive price. Turned out to be equal quality for a fraction of Mercedes parts price, was even all greased up ready to just install. No issues fitting and works perfectly. Order was shipped promptly, can't fault anything, just great service at a great price, well done :)

This company should be the only one in Australia except Honda, that got the lower control arm for Honda Odyssey 2014 - onwards. Sent them a query via email, they replied quickly with good manner. Price, delivery time and packing are all satisfied. Cheers

Originally found these guys on ebay but I now deal direct. The First time I used them the item wasn't in Stock however I had it by 10am the next morning - perfect. I have made other purchases since but was extremely impressed when I called about an item they didn't stock and the gentleman was more than happy to offer an alternative business who might be able to help...
