Sian was so helpful and kind from the minute I walked in the door. My work is impossible without my computer and due to my profession its not easy to set up a new one or work from another temporarily - she didn't even know this but she gave me all the information I needed to keep going until parts were received and the repair was done with minimal downtime due to her planning and communication. Even when she found some complications she kept me updated and did it in such a normal way, I really appreciated this as I've felt the inadequacy of not understanding enough from previous Tech help.

I had an emergency with my computer, and I saw it as impossible to solve. Sian helped me and treated me great. In the end, she was able to fix it quickly. I'm sure that if I need more help with the computer, I'll go back there. Incredible ✨

I have a laptop that's at least 5 years or possibly older that was running really slowly. Like turn it on and go make a cuppa while it starts up slow! I was planning on purchasing a new one for around $1K - $1.5K.
I'm so glad I took it to Sian first, she was brilliant she took a look at it first, replaced the hard drive, gave it a good clean out and increased the ram all for under $500 and it runs like new again!
