Had a good experience here. Staff made polite conversation while my order was being fetched. Prices are very competitive. Would definitely make the trip again.

You buy the parts you want, you go to the store to collect them.

Yes it isn’t a Temple, but you don’t sleep there. Just get what you need a drive home to your own palace.

The worst customer service I have experienced with any organisation. Even for the cheap prices, it is not worth it. An item I purchase was sent for repair, it has been gone for 32 days and the only contact with Umart is through phone calls and email to an overseas call centre who provide the standard "our team is working hard on it" response. There has been no real response or action from Umart in 32 days. Like I said - take your money else where.

Been using Umart & MSY for 20 years never had an issue; Placed click-and-collect and found out the shop had lost one of the items from their shelf. Customer service is no better - I told them to cancel the whole order but they only removed and refunded the 'lost' part. After 4 days the order has finally been cancelled but still waiting for refund of other parts. Don't waste your time or money.

Waste of time. Did an online click and collect expecting a quick pickup. Called that afternoon and was told the store wasn't contactable.
Called again the following morning and was told they were trying to contact the manager with no reply.
Ended up getting a refund.

Red haired man was rude. Place looks like a slum.

Company policy not to sell anything before 10:30 apparently
