This is a wonderful kitchen shop. It has a great range of quality goods at reasonable prices. Whats more the service is friendly and helpful. I bought 18 Krosno wine glasses and one was faulty it was replaced with a smile.

As much as I liked the store, I am so disappointed that they use Couriers Please as a delivery service. My item was marked as signature required but was left on my doorstep and stolen. I lost $100 in goods which were a gift for my mum. Unfortunately I will never shop with this business again.

Bought two frank barker dog harnesses and leads for my dog in a large size .. put them on my dogs but when they ran they rubbed under their arms … not a design for a standard poodle .. tried ringing the store they never answered
Went into store to see if I could swap collars for the harness.. staff said we need to speak to the manager and never bothered to call me
