Ghanda Clothing Sorrento

WOW! What an experience I had a this store. I’ve worked in retail before and have been to many different types of stores but the level of care the staff had for their customers was next level. Also to add the shop looked immaculate. I don’t know how they did it. It was quite busy at that time. I was being a bit of a pain asking for different size and what not, but both of the girls there were patient and understanding. (Plus they gave me some tips on what to wear and what not to wear) The level of care these two girls had for their customers was outstanding, so good in fact i bought way more then what I had planned on. Definitely would recommend especially if you want some clothes coming into summer. Can’t explain enough on how much they helped me and looked after. Thank you again those two girls need a bonus or something hahahah. 100% would go back.

Really really cheap, good quality clothing and a great range of sizes too! If you find yourself at the beach with nothing to take a dip in with, or just want a change of clothes, go here and save yourself some $$$.. I walked out with a new outfit for under $30!

The store is visually quite nice, good selection of pieces, in line with other stores. Unfortunately the service is repeatedly quite disappointing. I asked one of two staff members that was tidying up some stock if she’d be able to check if there was a smaller size of a jacket I was interested in (after checking what was on the rack). I was simply told that what’s on the rack is all that’s available, with no further offer of assistance. I decided to ask the other staff member if she’d be able to check if the smaller size was available at another store, and I was told that this is something I’d have to follow-up myself. As someone who has worked in retail, I know that this is usually something that staff are expected to assist with, and relatively simple to check. Moreover, I understand things can be difficult when the store is busy, but at this point in time there were probably 3-4 other people in the entire store, so it wasn’t busy whatsoever. The staff were unapproachable in general, and it was clear they weren’t happy to be working there.
In the end, I ordered the jacket online as I couldn’t get any help in-store.
I love the clothes but just wish the service was better.

Clothes are amazing and cheap as always at Ghanda. The service was incredibly slow and unprofessional with staff talking to each other in front of us about when they will go to the bathroom and leaving the register mid checkout to use the restroom and left is just standing there.

Very unprofessional and disgusting customer service. Double scanned an item. The manager wouldn’t own up to the mistake, and said “ there’s nothing I can do about it”. After talking back and forth she would only offer a gift card rather than a full refund. This is disappointing as it was a mistake from her, not me. After asking her to pass this on to someone of higher authority, she called back 1/2 a hour later she finally offered a refund. When I went to get my refund she did not apologise once, and she rolled her eyes many times as if I was the problem. Will never step foot in this store again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! The girls that are working in main store on Monday 16/1 need to be retrained on how they talk and approach customers. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I can’t express how rude these girls are. I hope they get fired for their absolutely disgusting attitudes. I will never shop at Ghanda again, I will advise all my friends and family to never buy from there again. Also a very messy and disorganised store

GHANA SORRENTO VIC ....Brought a full priced muscle tee for a present. It wasn’t appropriate and when I tried returning it less than 24 hours after the original purchase with a receipt and all tags attached for a refund , I was told they do not refund. The sales lady said I could ask management I said great let’s do that. She wouldnt ring I needed to go home make the call and then come back!!! Too much hassle... I got a credit instead and will not buy another piece of clothing from Ghanda.
Really poor customer service, and business practice.if you do not give refunds on full priced items staff should tell customers at the time of purchase.
One star is too many stars, if I could give none I would!!!!

SCAMMERS ( carefull tourists ) - watch out they will scan extra item if you dont realize and not put it in your bag. ( carefull tourists )
