Finally a 4x4/camping store that values female customers as much as men. Shout out to Ella who knew her product (light bar & wiring harness) and was friendly & attentive in the process. All 3 front desk staff had a great vibe going. I'll be back 😀

Not sure of the guy who served me on the floor but he did an exceptional job selecting my swag combo. He told me about a deal with the double swag with the self inflating queen air mattress. Gave great advice and made sure I knew what I needed to about the product. Just want management to know he was working on the 23rd of March and he was in the swag area. Will be back every time I need more camping gear just from this experience

Over the last 2 years I've had a good run with plenty of gear purchased from there. Warranty related enquiries were dealt with in a prompt professional manner (which turned out to be a compatibility issue) and sales were very knowledgeable (Aaron ?) So overall I'm happy with them. Even spare parts support was good and less than I expected to pay.

Shout out to Camden at the Fyshwick store. A very knowledgeable young man who assisted me so much, which made my shopping experience today a very enjoyable and easy one. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend 😎😎😎

Wow, Great service from the Fyshwick team and from Adventure Kings head office. I’ve been though a lot of gear from all price points/suppliers and can’t fault the Adventure Kings stuff that I have bought but more importantly am very impressed with the service and support. Spare winch controller to replace the one I lost? No problem, well under $100. Brilliant. Best night sleep camping for years? The Adventure Kings RTT sorted that out too. Warranty issue with the Tent?(possibly caused by my fatness)- Fixed on the spot. Like Molly Said: “Do yourself a favour”. I’ll be returning to this shop.

Excellent superstore, competitive prices and great gear. Consistently great customer service every time I enter the store, they look after their customers wherever possible. I got a great customised deal on a power tool combo and they swapped out the wrench for the drill as I already had the wrench. The new power tools come highly recommended, they’re excellent quality and super solid! They’re a joy to use and very well priced. Their canvas bags are a terrific staple to your camping and outdoor collection.

Oldmate went above and beyond and found me the spare part I needed. Got me home for Christmas in true Christmas spirit.

Great aftermarket 4x4 equipment selection. Great package deals on LED lighting, load carrying, recovery, 12v fridges, etc etc. The more you purchase, the better the deal!

I was in over the weekend, was helped by an absolute legend. Ginger fella with a very well manicured beard who really knows his stuff. Think his name was Aaron, but can’t be sure. Anyways, super helpful, genuine, honest and went above and beyond to help solve my issue. Haven’t had service like this for very long time. Will go back for sure and would 100% recommend to anyone going in to seek him out. Thanks a bundle.

I never leave reviews but these guys deserve it. Everyone I’ve dealt with in the store goes out of their way to help, despite all my dumb questions. And I have lots of them… Super friendly, happy and knowledgeable. I don’t really see any point shopping anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked store, always have plenty on the floor. Returned a couple of items and never an issue. Aaron the manager was great in returning a faulty solar panel, store credit and full return offered. Was very busy but still smiles on all the staff. Have previously been advised that they will honour online specials, just show the barcode on the website product page.

Came in to day to get a swag got looking around ended up buying the king ultimate family adventure package and a lot more after haggling prices with aaron and Chris (by the way who was late) ended up getting a great deal very happy thanks boys
