Provincial Home Living - Sorrento

Super service! I had a wonderful staff member named Kaye who helped me with a search for a lantern that I thought would work in a tricky spot to decorate. She was looking up products for me , making suggestions and understanding what my project was. After a couple of trips to the storeroom to unbox products that might work, i decided not to get them , but she assured me it was no trouble. I will definitely be returning as I haven’t experienced that level of retail service for a long time. Thanks Kaye.

Just a quick note to say thank you to Kaye for all her help and advice Whilst we chose the correct and matching rugs for our office workspaces.

She went out of her way to match our decor using photos on my phone !!!

Amazing service definitely highly recommend. She also followed us up with a call to make sure everything suited our offices.

I adore this store. The staff are delightful and helped me no end given that I have just purchased the most horrendous house in the area and they had little to work with . Thanks to Provincial Sorrento, I may just find some life and love for in the old place yet.

Firstly I would like to acknowledge the beautiful lady that looked for a cutlery set for us, she was so helpful. We shopped Sat 9/9/23

As for Kay, she was so rude and looked down her nose at us, she really should be aware of how she treats customers and clearly makes assumptions.
We were two couples and when we walked out we both stated without prior discussion at how rude she was.

We all felt the best response was to review.

I own a business and would be horrified if my staff dared treat any individual with such arrogance and rudeness.

Discrimination at its finest. If you don't have Gucci shoes or Louis bag, don't shop here because they will not serve you. I was standing at the counter for an extended length of time and they served others before me. I wasn't elite enough to buy from there store. They looked at me as though I might steak something although I thought I was nicely dressed as I went out for lunch but apparently not nice enough. I'm gutted and in shock there's such prejudice this day in age.
