So early morning phone dead running low on fuel I was certain I had funds available and fueled up . Tap n pay declined my transaction without question the young lady was kind of skeptical but trusted me to atleast go grab my ID etc. Came back exchange information and I returned to the station withdrew money and paid. No worries no dramas or overdramatic type of experience. My surprise felt like I didn't get judged immediately. My apologies for the inconvenience , I'm grateful for patience and nothing other then agreement and details to return 3days! Thankyou Kaitlyn your a gem and your customer service under circumstances was very well managed ,applied well to the job and a pleasant to deal with. Considering i had money had fuel I really was just intending on leaving my number for contact reference for her personally. No I'm joking thanks Kaitlyn😉

We ordered a late night Uber as we were having a Disney Marathon movie night after having an electrical fire earlier today. Christina (Sorry if I have spelt your name wrong) made a mistake that I have made myself like the exact same mistake when I worked for BP (Also I hope my advice was somewhat helpful with the Uber Tablet I haven't worked in a servo for over 6 months). After getting the return call from Uber to organise a new order, we received the new order and inside was a goody bag with a lovely apology note, this is AMAZING customer service.
