I recently visited Bunnings Lawnton for a warranty exchange, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. Despite not having a receipt, the entire team went above and beyond, spending nearly 45 minutes patiently searching through bank statements to facilitate the replacement of my pressure washer.

A great store, in a handy location with friendly staff and the usual Bunnings cheap prices. Being one of the smaller outlets it doesn't carry all items, and occasionally I've been caught out and had to go to Brendale or Carseldine for what I'm after, so check supply online before you go.

Reliably have everything you need. Close to other awesome shops and manufacturers, butcher and fresh veggies, chemist. Bunnings is the bomb !!

Even though it's a smaller Bunnings, generally always has what I need. Friendly helpful staff.

I don't like this store, they have too many bargains and a 5 minute trip becomes a 5 hour trip :) great store, great range, knowledgeable staff and a great experience. My dog loves walking the isles looking for bargains. The staff always stop and pat him.

They are courteous and welcoming. Been to this Bunnings store a few times. And every time I go there, I see a new bunch of staff, yet they are friendly and helpful.

Had lovely experience this afternoon at the lawnton store. One of the staff at the counter gave my son a Bunnings forklift toy to teach him how to park his little trolley. Was very grateful and I appreciate the customer focused care and attention the staff here typically have. Thanks

I have been buying all of my sign supplies for Susie's Blackboard Artists & Designz from Bunnings Lawnton for over 30 years.
As of late I have been getting all of my supplies for my art workshops there.
The service & help that I receive on a regular basis from the girls Elanor, Sha & Bev in the
timber & hardware dept is exceptional.They are so helpful, knowledgable & friendly.Thankyou all so much girls & Bunnings Lawnton 🥰

Mate, it'd be un-bloody-Australian to rate Bunnings lower than a 5 star rating, it's bunnings! Staff are good, friendly, know their way around the maze inside, the timber staff are mad units too, know their way around a bit of wood or 2

I went to lawnton bunnings to day and elderly lady standing out front who check ur shop dockets
I found very rude making fun of my grandsons t shirt he was wearing and laughing at him and involving the lady on cash registers as well Thanks as my grandson Suffers with anxiety and depression and it's hard enough to get him out to go shopping as it is but thank you you've just made it a lot harder for him

We ordered garden supplies to be delivered. They delivered them quickly before expected. I understand there is often a need to be flexible with deliveries depending on the workload, but it showed dedication. The service overall has been exemplary the many times we have done business there, better than some other businesses. Would definitely recommend. I don't usually write reviews but I do when credit is due.

I went down to Bunnings to swap over an item I had purchased a while ago. The staff down there were absolutely fantastic. Blown away by the customer service. I don’t know if I should mention names, but she deserves one. Chloe who helped me, went above and beyond. She’s an absolute gem. Also, I’ll give a huge shout out to the manager who was on today. Amazing helpful staff, alwats smiling and happy. I get great tips from the in house experts for all my DIY projects. Never had a complaint with these guys. Very good staff at Lawnton and also at Brendale
