My elderly mum and I engaged Tamara to sell mum’s home in Narangba. From our first meeting Tamara exhibited strong knowledge of the local market and a keen interest in highlighting the features of the home which made it saleable. She worked closely with us as a partner in the process of sale, from simple, effective suggestions about staging the home, to helping me source reliable trades to carry out repair work.

What a Wonderful Experience. From the start of this journey Tamara and Nathan couldn't have helped anymore than they did. This team of wonderful human beings went way beyond what they needed to do, nothing was too hard, every query was answered promptly and they were professional all the way.
They had a fantastic photographer who took the most amazing pictures of our home and Tamara presented our home for sale in the most beautiful way possible. Thanks to Tamara and her team, the house was sold much quicker than anticipated and we got what we hoped for, if you're seriously looking at selling your home, this is who you need to sell it.

Great experience. Tamara and Nathan were excellent. Tamara was the real estate agent for a house we purchased. From the first open house to settlement there was nothing that was too hard. Tamara's communication was clear and very responsive. Tamara also assisted us with planning work we were undertaking. Nathan also provide very good assistance and together I think they make a very good team.
I would highly recommend using Tamara and Nathan for anyone's future real estate needs.

Great agent. Tamara was terrific, started out a year ago with advice on renting the property and what needed doing, mid renovation she came through for a look and gave us an updated rental appraisal and once renovated we changed our mind and decided to sell.
Tamara immediately layed out a proposal of how to sell, what we could expect from the market and costs involved. Timing from ourside wasn't the best as we were wanting to go on the market in December, none the less we had a contract in 4 days at a price that was well over our expectations.
Tamara supplied contacts for staging and for conveyancing, both of which did a good job and were cheaper than I could find.
After a number of conversations with Tamara over a 12 month period I felt comfortable to hand over the reigns for the sale and sit back and watch.

These guys are way beyond anything I have encountered before. They have consistently over delivered on all aspects of the sale, and post sale service, from providing pest and inspection recommendations, taking additional pictures for me to resolve an issue, taking measurements and finding solutions to problems that have saved me money. Tamara has also been very responsive, polite and professional to my texts and calls, which at times, might have been intrusive.

I can only imagine the same service would be consistent with other buyers and sellers, so if you are selling, I would, and will, absolutely use these agents, and if you're buying, you have a smart seller and you should absolutely engage with these guys for your purchase.
