Byron Easy Bus

On February 25, 2024, we took the Easy Bus from Byron Bay to Brisbane Airport. Our driver, Dom, was fantastic. He timely met us at our location in Belongil Beach as previously arranged, and, in an "above and beyond" act, he dropped us off at the airport Ibis Hotel so we would not have to walk on our elderly legs the extra distance from the airport terminal to the hotel. Great service at a very reasonable price. Thanks Dom!

Byron Easy Bus deserves a special reward. A friend regularly travels on them, and yesterday, left a small handbag, with her phone in it, in my car. I contacted them this morning and the lovely Karen answered the call quickly, and arranged for the 9.30 bus to call in to pick up the bag. (Despite there being no passengers). This sort of kindness is rare, and a special "Thank You" to the various staff involved. Cheers, Alan

Fantastic service! My flight was delayed & I would have missed my Easy Bus connection. There was no later bus & I would have been stranded in Brisbane, so I called their office. She contacted the driver Neil & gave him my ph number. Neil called me while my luggage was held up, and he waited. When I couldn’t find him, he came and found me. He easily made up the lost time & we arrived in Byron on schedule. Phew!!! Thank you Neil and Easy Bus service, you saved me that day!!!!

So happy that I found this shuttle because there were no taxis or shuttles available when I landed at Ballina Airport. The driver was on time and very helpful. Dropped us on time at the airport and helped us with the bags. I highly recommend this shuttle for those visiting Byron Bay without a car.

Excellent service punctual, quick and with smile - just make sure to go to the toilet before stepping on the bus in Byron as the next stops DO NOT have toilets...:)

We travelled from Byron Bay to Brisbane International airport. Caroline the driver did make an excellent job. She is a great driver and was so attentive with all the passengers. Thanks a lot Caroline

Really brilliant service. There was an issue the day before we took the Easy Bus, however the team dealt with it fantastically, going out of their way to ensure we were looked after and able to get to our destination in good time. Highly recommend!

Went from Brisbane airport to Byron Bay. Loved our driver Craig! Super friendly guy who had tons of local tips to offer me. Was able to plan my trip a lot more after talking with him throughout the drive.
Also a really fast service with minimal stops compared to other options, as well a competitive price and a booth to book the shuttle right at the airport. Convenient, fast, friendly. Will be taking again to go back up to Brisbane for sure!

What a wonderful service Byron Easy Bus is . I had just arrived from a long haul flight from the States into Brisbane and the last thing you need is delays to home what a fantastic and incredibly helpful and absolute gem of a driver Craig was Not only was he welcoming , funny and extremely good driver in the chaos of Brisbane around 9.00am he made each passenger welcomed and introduced them to the rest of the bus we all sort of felt like we were on a group bus trip which was great. I usually drive and valet park sort of girl to the airport but I had such a wonderful bus trip up and back I would highly recommend and will be using this great service next time I have a long stay OS trip . Great value , friendly service Highly Recommend to both locals and visitors . Thanks Craig you really made my Brisbane to Byron leg of my journey back home a delight!

My flight was cancelled 12 hours prior to departure, and it was a nightmare to get an alternative flight organised due to using points and changing of destinations to get to an event without delay. Bryon Easy Bus is the only saviour amongst it all - I was contacted early in the morning (before 7am) to help me re-organise my pick up from Gold Coast instead of Ballina, refunded me the extra/redundant ticket with no issue. I wish all businesses provide this level of customer services. Also the drivers are always friendly and on time. Please keep up the good work - Thank You!

Byron Easy Bus saved the day after I was left stranded at Coolangatta Airport by Byron Bay Airport Transfers (after pre paying and they did not answer calls or emails). Byron Easy Bus not only allowed me to jump on board, but went above and beyond to help me pay the (cheaper) transfer and delivered me to my door. I am so grateful for their help and they were very friendly and accommodating.

On Thursday 7 July my husband and I had the pleasure of travelling from Brisbane Airport to Ballina by Byron Easy Bus. Drivers were efficient and considerate of passengers needs - a good trip despite highway delays between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The staff in the Office is to be commended for her care, courtesy and diligence beyond the call of duty in recovery and delivery of prescription spectacles lost during our transit on one of the buses. Thank you.

We had a great experience on Byron Easy Bus. While we thought we had only paid for an airport transfer, thanks to the knowledge of our driver Craig it felt more like a tour of the local area. Craig had loads of information about the sights we passed a long the way and went out of his way to point them out, keeping us entertained throughout the duration of the trip. His positive attitude was contagious and I would 10/10 recommend this service.

I've been using the Easy Bus for some years now. I've gone to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ballina airports, always on time and without a hitch. It just makes so much sense to not have to worry about leaving my car in an airport lot. The drivers are always cheerful and professional and Samantha in the office has always been brilliant with any last minute changes to my schedule. An Easy Five Stars.

This whole trip was honestly so memorable, mostly because of the bubbly and light attitude of Craig, the driver. He really put all the customers first and could take a hint when to talk with us and when to focus on driving. Extremely safe driver, and he turned out to be what I’d call a great friend. His whole aura says “BYRON”. He’s happy, kind, knowledgeable, connective and bright. Luckily, he’s not one of the drivers that keeps talking, though. He respects your space & time and understands the clients. I felt so passionate about it that I just had to send a review! Thanks Craig!! Because of you, I’ll be taking BYRON Bay Easy Bus fortnightly as I come to and from Byron Bay. Feeling very blessed.

I am incredibly grateful to Byron Easy Bus for accommodating to our needs. When Jetstar changed our flight time, Byron Easy Bus were incredibly flexible and immediately scheduled a driver to come in at a later session that day to pick us up from Ballina Airport. We were the only two people in this session so we were very appreciative that they were willing to make this accommodation for us.

I strongly recommend this service to any traveller as they are highly professional, friendly and personable! I will definitely be using their services again when travelling into Byron!
