Bunnings Byron Bay

I came into Bunnings on Saturday and I seeked helped from the paint department and I was greeted by Jim who was fantastic! He explained every item I needed to paint my house and why it was necessary. It felt like I was taking a class on painting 101. Highly recommend on Jim’s expertise! Definitely deserves a raise! Thanks Jim ur a legend 🫶🏼

The smallest Bunnings I've ever seen. Well, I guess Byron Bay is not the area for Reno queens or blokes wanting to do stuff. Even with the size, everything you need is there. For the ladies freshening their nests to blokes fixing what has finally gone to God, it's the go to hardware store.

A large store which stocks anything you need for painting, plumbing, gardening, backyards, bathrooms, pools, plants, ladders, shovels, elves, owls, paint mixing, trade center, or plants, pergolas, fans, inflatable flamingos, clothesline etc etc.

i have found all staff at bunnings byron are lovely! special shoutout to the young man Cale though. he was super patient, teaching me how to mow my lawn (had never used a lawnmower before) - from what i would need, how to use, and even when it is suitable/not suitable to use catch. i had zero idea what i was doing and he was so helpful! folks should be super proud!

They didn’t have what I was looking for and helped me to find it elsewhere. That info desk lady even opened her Google Maps and showed me where it was. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Walked around for half an hour looking for a particular item , don't like to ask staff, usually pretty nonchalant,older staff member by the name of John must have noticed the glazed look in my eyes got me sorted , and some good advice, cheers mate 👍

Amelia in special orders at Bunnings Byron Bay went absolutely above and beyond to help me with replacing my original outdoor lounge order which had broken after a couple of days of use. Not only did she problem solve quickly when all others were sold out nearby, she arranged a courier to swap it over with the in-store sample one in a matter of days and she also refunded me $50 to say sorry for the whole situation! She also called me later in the week to make sure I was satisfied - A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you so much Amelia - you really helped me and I hope you get the praise you 100% deserve!

What a great costumer service!
We went there to buy some things to fix a drawer in our van. We asked one of the staff for advice and he asked us if our van was at the car park and went with us to the van to have a look. He showed us a better way to fix it and also helped us to install it.

I just want to say that the staffs in Bunnings are amazing. Today I asked a young staff “Mitchell” about a clock that I want to buy and he said they don’t sell one and when I asked where I could buy one he went to a computer and tried his best to find a store in Industrial that could sell one. I really appreciate his attention and help!

An assistant greeted me at the door, she could see I was in a rush, I showed her what I wanted, she took me directly to the right item, then I headed straight to the checkout... the whole process took two minutes! Excellent service. Thank you! :)

Bunnings. An institution for the handy person. Anything and everything from hardware, building supplies, homewares, garden plants and stuff. Excellent. Service not great help yourself or Go looking for advice so plan ahead.

While the Byron Bay store is not a large store it is wll stocked, clean, orderly and has knowledgeable, helpful staff. Plants in the garden section all look healthy and well looked after.
