Dr Raghu is very kind & down to earth. Listens patiently & speaks very politely. Reception staff are friendly & approachable too.

This is the best medical centre around Parramatta.Very efficient when you request something. The GP’s are very good and kind.they will treat you well.And receptionists as well are very approachable.

Dr Raghu has always been great with his knowledge and his treatment and the nurse Rakshya has been especially wonderful. She has always been so amazing with me and both my kids. She is friendly, highly organised and kind. I felt cared for and less nervous about any discomfort because of this. 👍

Good Street Medical Center is one of the best medical center in Westmead. The staff is incredible and goes above and beyond to provide the best medical advise. Let me start wit Dr Raghu, he is a great Doctor with extensive medical knowledge. I am under his care for more than 6 months now and very comfortable that I have the best care with my medical needs. I can’t think of going anywhere else for medical advise. Dr Raghu is very calm, patient and empathetic to his patients. Their nurse Rakshan is great with her skills and very friendly. Their reception staff is very good. I have literally bonded with each staff of this clinic. Last but not least. THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU for taking care of me. Love you all.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. I have visited this Centre a few times for wellness checks, for me and my family. Extremely helpful staff including Manager Asha, Dr Raghu and the entire team. I have always felt welcome and got good guidance around my checkups and well being. If more than 5 stars were available, I would have given it to Dr. Raghu. He is a Gem, life saver and a life changer. His advice, guidance and diagnostics made me fit, disease free and more energetic. I am stress free now and feel more energetic throughout the day. I thank Dr. Raghu from bottom of my heart to treat us as a family member and provide right guidance and advise. Dr. Raghu Modur is undoubtedly a gem; class apart👌 I’ll probably illustrate my experience a little bit more to explain the reasonings here: My toddler son had persistent fever for four days. His RAT’s were consistently negative. Dr. Raghu could have easily resorted to tele-consultations or could have asked us to go to the emergency department when I rang him as a follow-up on the fourth day as my son was still having fever at that point in time. Instead, Dr. asked me to bring my son in-person to do the detailed-checkup and to prescribe the needy medications. I genuinely felt the empathy and compassion in his service amidst these uncertain pandemic days. I will mark my 10th year in Australia in 2023 but I haven’t come across many GP’s in & around parramatta (or in Sydney for that sake) like Dr. Raghu. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your stellar service🙏 Shine on!

Visited Dr. Raghu for my eye infection and another visit when my daughter is having high fever. He patiently listed to our problem and diagnosed well.

Rakshya Pradhan, she knows her work very well, a person with amicable nature. She did iron infusion for me and it was really smooth. She and Dr. Raghu are the only people always available and ready to help. They both make a great team. Keep up the good work.

Struggling with my health today, I booked a last minute appointment with this centre.
The doctor was very thorough and compassionate.
The nurse who took my blood noticed that I was struggling, so she brought me tissues, water and a lollipop.
Very sweet and caring staff, will definitely be back.
