Personable, Hardworking and Outstanding. Choosing a Real Estate Agent was a process. I reviewed all of the top agents in Spring Hill and essentially interviewed my short list to determine which agent best suited my ethos. Jonzun stuck out to me initially for a number of reasons. He was confident and had a very clear cut plan, he was very personable and easy to talk to and his resume was impressive. Most other agents seemed encumbered with selling 3-4 times as many properties, were bullish or willy-nilly. We bought a property about a decade ago and Jonzun was the agent. He was a great agent to deal with, so we knew when it came to selling another property, he was the man to call. As a seller, Jonzun lived up to our expectations. He knows inner Brisbane well, providing accurate advice in relation to appropriate strategies and price guides.

He advised us early in relation to how best to present the property and his guidance in recommending styling lead to photos of the property that looked amazing and the property presented as good, if not better, than new.

He kept us informed throughout the process and stuck to our strategy, achieving a result that was above our expectations, finding us the right buyer who will no doubt enjoy the property for years to come.
