Shipstone repaired my Golf R which was backed into by a ute. While the work took longer than estimated (9 days) due to staff illness, I was kept informed during the process. The workmanship is excellent. The metal and paintwork is immaculate. I found some minor problems when I collected the car, but Heath took my concerns seriously and immediately had them rectified while I waited. I'm very pleased to have my car back to as-new condition. I highly recommend Shipstone if you care about your car.

Definitely recommended! Friendly and helpful staff and technicians, fixed my car which other places couldn’t do it, reasonably cost and high efficiency! Summary they are professional and good people!

The paint quality the first time around was good but not perfect. They forgot to remove a small bit of PPF on the sensor covers on the front bumper. There was also residue from the PPF under the paint. I raised these concerns and they resolved it perfectly.

Second repair, friendly expert service and great long lasting repair results

Great service by repairmen and receptionists. Always helpful with questions I had. I was also kept up to date on the status of the repair and promptly informed of any changes to the completion date. I’ve had a bad experience with a repair shop in the past so pleasantly surprised with how efficient Shipstone has been.

Shipstone have completed a fabulous job on my Audi Q2 twice in a matter of months due to unforeseen accidents. Cibby and Priscilla gave excellent customer care from start to finish and even put a rush on my car to help me as I was moving interstate. The repair work is superb but more importantly even though my little Q2 was probably the oldest and shabbiest car in their lot, they treated it like the many more expensive cars they were working on. I have had my car repaired here once before. Someone backed into me again just recently and I dealt with Priscilla at Shipstone. She was so helpful and proactive, kept me up to date I’m advance with parts and timing and suggested I call Allianz to improve my booking dates to suit their schedule.
