I recently purchased some new Trek mountain bikes for my wife and myself.
After meeting Jason and Jasper, and experiencing their first class customer service, I can see why this bike shop has such an amazing reputation.

Awesome service from Jason and the team, my bike has some quirks and they took the time to work it all out, including making a custom bracket from scratch, re-routing some tricky wiring and buying a tool specifically to sort the bottom bracket.. Everything a LBS should be!

Really appreciated the small business feel. Those looking after you in the store know that everything they say and recommend is a reflection on their business. They truly want you to have the best product that suits what you are wanting. They believe in their products and will back them all the way. You can't ask for more than that! I left the shop (with my newly purchased bike) feeling like I had made friends. People who you can turn to for advise or help. That's pretty cool. Almost as cool as my new bike!

I purchased a bike off marketplace for my son, it was just a cheap bike intended for minimal use. The one person I dealt with mainly was Jasper and I’d like to just say he was great. I did receive a few phone calls from him informing me of different issues he had found and towards the end he was apologetic for continually calling. But to be honest I’m glad he was as transparent as he was as his main focus was having a SAFE bike roll out the door. When he would call he always came with a solution to the problems which he found this showed me he has quite a bit of knowledge and I just trusted his judgment. So I did spend more money then intended fixing this bike up (Not their fault it’s just the way things go) however it is now ready for my son to SAFELY the trails.

Would highly recommend these guys as it’s a small business, but it turns out quality work.
