I can't recommend these guys enough. Outstanding service. Tom opened the shop up so that I could collect a very small part during the Xmas / New Year's period (their shutdown period). Tom was happy to make the trip specifically to do this and was nothing but friendly and helpful. Some amazing gear stocked in the shop too. We are very lucky to have a shop this good in Brisbane.

Walked into this place as my Onyx Hub failed because previous bike shop serviced it with wrong material. Although it's a BMX focussed store, they dealt with my MTB wheel/Hub, liaised direct with Onyx on my behalf and arranged for parts to be brought back by TSquared Team Riders currently America for world champs. Ben could not have been more helpful, would highly recommend and I'll be going back for anything I need that can be done there.

Hubby restored his fatboy specialized he bought in 1999, we brought it in to get a new chain and get the brakes sorted out, super impressed by the service and quality of work. We’ll be back for sure!

They repaired my problem quickly!, I was missing a small answer and these were very kind and gave it to me!

Great customer service, I found these guys are friendly and helpful. Went in for a specific tyre, they didn't stock it but offered to order it in for me, got it within a week. Very reasonably priced. Would come back again, thank you!

Based on my experience, I can only recommend this shop. I have been there in two occasions, and both the times they fixed my issue immediately and for a very honest price.

These guys have so much time for me it blew my mind. Very helpful and very open minded to random one off projects. Not BMX specific either.

Other nearby bike shops in the area outsource their wheel building to T Squared but won't tell you. They just add on their percentage. So if you want wheels built go straight to these guys.

Best repair shop north of Brisbane. Reasonable priced, quick service n great customer service.
