99 Bikes Everton Park

After ordinary service from North Lakes 99 it confirmed my opinion of mechanics in these stores which is why I do my own work until I went to Everton Park. Nicholas was a pro mech and great to watch, so fast and perfect job on my bike with Alec working me into the store at short notice and having the stock to get me in and out. Thx fellas. Recommend the Everton Hills store 100%

I recently ordered a bike for my son's birthday. He is getting into mountain biking and we received excellent advice on which bike to choose and why. Unfortunately, the bike we ordered didn't arrive in time for the birthday, but rather than let him go without, Tony offered to provide an even better bike so that he wouldn't be disappointed on his big day.
The customer service and follow-up was excellent and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone...and am sure will purchase more bikes there in the future.

Just went into 99 Bikes Everton Park as someone with no knowledge of bikes or what I should get. Luke was amazing and talked me through everything, patiently answering all of my questions - from how to change gears, to ideal seat height, and even showed me how to use the tyre pump! Literally one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Just rode my bike home and it was perfect - thanks so much Luke, you made my day!

Usual reliability and trust afforded by the mechanical team at Everton. I have been impressed from the staff experience and expertise. The young fellas and the older crew know what they are doing and are solid across most if not all platforms you can think of. It’s rare if at all for one of the team not to understand your unique query. No matter how trivial it may seem. From bikes to racks to servicing to parts and pieces etc.. they are great. I won’t go to any other on the north side whilst these guys are here.

I came into the store yesterday, looking to buy my first bike and totally clueless. Zach was the young man who served me and talked me through all my options. He was so lovely and patient with me. I have never been looked after in 30 years the way those boys in the 99bikes looked after me yesterday. An amazing bunch of lovely young men in this store. Thank you.

They've fixed up my bike before each of my big rides and I've always been well prepared...

Friendly staff. Mitchell was great. He made some great recommendations inregards to tyres which was greatly appreciated and I can collect the bike tomorrow afternoon. Totally pain free.

Great service with very knowledgeable staff. Specific shout out to Jeremiah and Luke for helping me chose my new bike over a number of visits without coming across as pushy. I appreciate the after sale support and particularly the helpful email reminding of the first free service.

I have purchased two bikes from here and the staff have been great with friendly advice and tips. They always make suggestions that are suitable to the age and abilities of the rider. Just put my bike in for its 12 month service I know that it will be attended to for safety and endurance. Great range of bikes and accessories. Joining the club makes it more affordable.

I got two bikes serviced at this shop and few minor repairs done and can say that these guys are great and know what they do. I have had many issues with my bikes that never got fixed by previous mechanics until now I found this workshop. I am very happy with the service, cheap prices, how quickly the job gets done and the guys are all very friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently took my Bianchi bicycle for a service.Very happy with the results.Mitch and Ren were very helpful and they both displayed some serious problem solving skills. Equally important they showed genuine interest and were prepared to go an extra mile to get the job done to customer's satisfaction.
