A enormous thank you to Karen, who had us feel welcome and built an authentic and genuine rapport with us both. Her experience shone through and our experience was seamless, she provided us with underpinning information in allowing us to make informed choices. It was far from the usual sales techniques we have experienced in previous visits. It was Karen’s manner of communication and her personality that had us understand we were in the right hands. We purchased a BBQ which has been a great addition to our lifestyle and outdoor lounge setting.

Our thanks also goes out to Sandra (small appliances) and another fabulous experience, her genuine approach and interaction with us was great! Again, her underpinning knowledge provided us with making informed choices. We will certainly be looking out for her with our future small appliance purchases.

Great range of white goods, household furniture, kitchen and electrical items with all of your computer and peripheral needs covered under one roof.Knowledgeable helpful staff to asist and answer all your questions. They will work you a pretty competitive deal. Home delivery available for bigger appliances. The computer store features a computer service department that can assist with any hardware and or software issues. I have brought many electronic devices from this store and always found them very helpful and price friendly. They will try to match or better the competition on products they stock. After sales service is very good. With any faulty items that are still under warranty. If they can't repair it, they will replace it, and or upgrade it for you. Update: The whole complex received a renovation to the car park area and new a new access road recently. So its much easier now to access this Harvey Norman as well as other stores in this shopping precinct. Nothing has significantly changed here since I made this original post. No changes as of November 2023 😊

Today I needed to look for new lap top. I intended to just look and consider..Well Regan I discovered was honest so I therefore trusted his recommendation.
I ended up buying a brand and style I didnt even like..but hey!..lucky to get the last of a desired feature I wanted. Regan is a good salesperson and I left feeling a win-win!!!..

I went in looking for a home printer yesterday. The store assistant Corey noticed me wandering around looking rather lost and in need of help. He helped me decide on a model, as well as set me up with extended warranty, paper and a new charger for my phone. Awesome service and fantastic bloke. Thanks again!

I must have appeared confused and needing attention at the self-serve kiosk (and I was).
Keely was very helpful, while she also couldn't get my phone to connect to the kiosk, she resolved the issue another way.
Excellent customer service and incredibly well priced prints.

Nic (manager) was really helpful and accommodating even on Boxing Day with a broken air conditioner. Solved my problem pretty much instantly and was honest and polite the entire time. Top bloke and true to his word. Nice work mate, won my business from the store in the valley from now on.

Our LG fridge freezer gave up just before Christmas.
We received a call today from LG that they would replace our faulty fridge freezer with a new one. Had a call from a very helpful chap called Anton at Harvey Norman, Everton Park. He was professional, kind and helped us replace our fridge freezer.
Harvey Norman you should be very proud of Anton as an employee.

I recently purchased a new fridge from Harvey Norman and had it delivered from the Everton Park store. After a few hiccups I was put in touch with the store proprietor who really sorted things out and got my Fridge delivered ASAP, which I was very grateful for as my old one had died. I was also very happy with the delivery team as they were so very careful with the installation and removal process which I could not have done myself. Thanks Harvey Norman Everton Park Team!

We buy all our electrical appliances at Harvey Norman because we live close and they have always been very helpful. Wonderful experience with Brendan today after our microwave broke while in warranty. Completely sorted out in 10 minutes and replaced. Very happy

Fast and efficient service, like I always seem to experience. I got a good product for a fair price. Loading dock guys were great too!

Even though this store is an hour away from our local store, I will be back. The staff were attentive and not pushy. Monique in bedroom furniture was fantastic, very helpful, and patient. I loved that i wasn't 'hounded' and that Monique wanted me to be happy with my purchase.

I'd called a couple of days before with a furniture query and promptly received an email with all the information I needed.

Josh was really helpful and made replacing my laptop super easy today. He got the RAM doubled (8gb - 16gb) while we were waiting, for an extra $200. Karen from the furniture Department was lovely, very well informed, and a great conversationist at the same time. One of those rare moments when you can still enjoy shopping. Millenials and generation Z should take notice.

An excellent store for all your homeware needs! Tv's, Fridges, washing machines, furniture! As soon as you enter the staff in store ask you if you need assistance not like some other stores where you have to approach assistance! They stock all the most popular brands of products!Today 12 SEPTEMBER 2020 Greg & I were pricing air conditioners & i asked what disp was & the sales guy overheard & informed me that it was display stock. He then assisted Greg on changing his mind from a Fujitsu to a Panasonic and gave us a card for a sparky to instal it... thorough assistance & very friendly...Greg picked up his Panasonic air conditioner today out the back on the loading dock. He had the sparky recommended by the sales guy give him a quote for $1135.00! To install. The aircon was $1900..
