On Point Family Practice

I attended On Point Family Practise recently when I was unable to get into my regular GP. I saw Dr Dan Wilde. He was thorough, very professional and caring. My overall experience from the reception staff to the doctor was very positive and I would not hesitate to both attend again or to recommend the clinic and the doctor to others.

I have been very happy with this Practice since seeing the Doctors here a year ago. With our one year in daycare, he is constantly getting sick so we have had to see the Doctors here many times and they have always been amazing. Dr Dan Wilde especially has been great with out little one! Nurse Judy is always very gentle when it's time for immunizations and the girls at the front desk are absolutely lovely. I 100% recommend this practice!

Dr Wilde is an excellent GP with a lovely manner and excellent medical knowledge and skill. It’s hard to find a good GP but I have found mine.
I am going to move my children under his care also

I must also commend the front desk ladies, particularly the wonderful Kylie who was on the front desk at the end of my appointment. My first visit to the practice was excellent. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the GP was lovely, thorough and understanding. The practice is new and stylish and easy to locate.

I am a first time patient and I was impressed with how thorough and professional the process was and how all my concerns were addressed. Dr Katherine Leonard made me at ease through the whole process. I might add I am from overseas and I feel a bit nervous when I am going through new processes that are foreign to me. I am very happy and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

My wife and I moved to the Sunshine Coast from Canada about 18 months ago. Finding a GP was an important settling-in step. We found On Point online and Dr Baggott has been outstanding. He listens, he's patient, clear and forthright with his explanations, and always gives options where appropriate. The nursing and reception staff are also very good.

I can't be more happy with the professional attitude from Dr Alexander Baggott. I had my first visit today and left feeling I was in the right place for my medical needs. We have lived here for twelve months and it has been hard trying to find a medical practice and doctor that we could trust. The reception staff are also very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Dr Daniel Wilde is a very friendly, helpful and understanding professional. There was amazing service all round from every staff member, I found them all to be polite, happy and talented. I do highly recommend this family clinic to everyone. It’s quiet, clean and making appointments for urgent matters is a high priority and hassle free. I know I’ve found my permanent doctor.

On Point Family Practice is the best Drs Clinic we have been to on the Coast. From the lovely ladies at reception to our Family Dr, Dr Wellsman. We are so happy with the care they provide. Dr Wellsman has been so supportive with my Dads many Chronic Illnesses highly recommend our Dr and Clinic. Very Grateful for the support they have given our family.

Extremely helpful as I was a walk-in patient. The receptionist was able to fit me in with a doctor. He was very good. I was very happy after my appointment.

Great practice. Nice facilities. Dr Dan Wilde really nice as is the Nurse and reception staff. As new patient thorough exam, listened to my concerns, checked scans off my phone! Got a plan to manage my health situation.

Apart from the music, I find the sterile white, waiting room quite calming. Unless you are on your phone all you can do is concerntrate on your breathing. They make themselves available til late a couple of times a week. Easy for work, I don't have to ask my boss for time off

Best medical practice i've ever been to! Clean, welcoming and on time. Dr Wilde listened to everything I had to say, answered all my questions and took genuine care. Thank you.
