The fella who owns this store has always helped me out and is always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to demonstrations, explanations and customer service. I will never go anywhere else.

All my dealings with Glyn have been positive. He is professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. On his advice I bought the most reliable and easy to operate whipper snipper that suited my needs perfectly (overgrown acre) and is still going years later!!! I totally trust that he does the best job he can every time. Extremely happy with Highfields Mower Centre and I do not go anywhere else.

I had a spring replaced on my pressure cleaner at a cost of over $150. It came back with problems that it didn't have before going in. I took it back and it sat there for well over a month without even being looked at.

Promises to call but doesn't. Two different jobs have needed me to chase up what was going on after not hearing anything for weeks. Knows his stuff but customer service needs improvement.
