From the first interaction with Craig, to the last, everything was A1, the communication was excellent and results exactly ( or better) than advised.

Our 2014 , 200 series has has grown another leg, changes gear smoothly, and is soot free. Tows our 3.5 t van with ease now.

Could not rate Highfields Mechanical more highly, will be taking our vehicle fleet there for future servicing .

Being new to the area, this is the first time I have used Highfields Mechanical. And I was blown away. Only charged me for items that needed to be done rather than just what the service manual dictated. And they also washed and detailed the whole car. Love it. Definitely going back and very happy to recommend. Also impressed with how clean and tidy the workshop is. Well done.

I got a full service done on my 2017 Tucson. Very thorough - explained the printout and results to me. We’re going to let me know if they found anything extra was necessary (there wasn’t) and if anything in particular needed to be done next time (there isn’t). Offered a drop off or pickup service for me to get to work or home. I needed my car back by 3pm for an appointment and I got a call AND text around 1pm to say it was ready. Pleasant staff to deal with. Clean, tidy and organized looking premises. Very happy customer.

So happy with the car service and fixing the brakes. I could actually feel the difference in my car as I drove it away. The staff are really friendly and everything is done very professionally. Got my car back running so smoothly all neat and clean and charged a really reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Highfields Mechanical are always very easy to deal with and helpful. We had an oil leak that needed to be fixed before going on a trip, they were able to come and collect the car literally half an hour after I got off the phone and had it finished by 3pm the next afternoon.

The whole experience at Highfields Mechanical is a pleasure. The personnel are polite, friendly and accommodating, up-front with work that is required and cost. The workshop is spotless and they even provide a drop-off and pick-up service for the local area. My car is always spotless inside and out when I pick it up. Highly recommend!

First thing I noticed was a clean well organised work place and happy people. I am happy with the tune on my car and also the auto tune makes a huge difference to driving pleasure. Not just towing but everyday driving. Thanks Craig and your team.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They provide a full comprehensive report on the work they carry out with a clear and itemized invoice. The work is always first rate, fair and reasonably priced. It is very difficult to find a reliable mechanical workshop these days. I would have no hesitation recommending Highfields Mechanical.

Incredible experience. Did all that I asked and called me about other things that needed to he done before doing them in case I wasn't ready for the charge. Also cleaned my car inside and out free of charge. Great place and great staff
