KFC Highfields

Visiting family in the area and decided to get KFC.
It was obviously busy due to the public holiday however from the experience at the drive through to opening our order to find everything correct and fresh - first class service from Mitchell and the rest of the team!
Our $90+ order was tricky but they nailed it great job and Thankyou!

Had the pop n’ twister recently, I’m not exaggerating it was the most delicious food item to have ever touched my mouth🥹. Crispy fresh popcorn chicken, cheese and bacon that that hits every savoury note, the perfect amount of sauce that didn’t make it dry, all wrapped in a tortilla that was warmed🤤. KFC outperforms every fast food restaurant in this country let alone the entire planet.

I also had the bacon lover burger when it was available and yet again I’m not kidding either, it was the best burger of all time (at least from a fast food place).

Photos look exactly like the food, chips stay hot and crispy for more than 3 mins. And every item is made with actually quality food. Gotta say staff and joyous too.

I truly don’t understand the bad reviews on here, although it’s probably due to fact that when people have bad experiences they leave bad reviews and when they don’t they don’t bother to review.

Either way. 9/10 🔥

Eaten a few times here and was average. But taking my time to review and give 5 stars from tonight's expierence. 8 cars in front of me at the drive through and had our food within 5 minutes. Food was fresh and hot!!! Best KFC we have had ever. I hope KFC highfields keeps this up!

Cleanest KFC store in Toowoomba, and their Chicken is also the Best. Less oily.....
The staff there really look after the customers.

Now this is what I call perfect customer service, all your cashiers were friendly and helped me with my orders. in particularly, Jackson delivered amazing customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

the drive thru and customer service is great. iv never seen better sevice than the rest of kfcs in toowoomba. everytime i buy a burger it doesnt fall or collapse. speical mention to ( sarah/ashden/harry/teagan) thank you for the wondfull zinger boxes.

I gave 5 start for spicy wicked wings fresh tender and yummy finger licking

Chicken is very tender and juicy the taste was good and customer service awesome especially Miss Arlo she is look after us very well definitely we will be back Thanks.

Small restaurant for eatting in more take away drive thru based still in training but they seem to be going well atm. Ok parking. Bit of a pain to get in and out of driveway
