Highfields Falls

Beautiful and tranquil place to recharge the batteries.

Highly recommended this beautiful walk. There are a few tracks to choose from. The paths meander through unspoiled bushland and are suitably maintained. My only criticism would be that in my opinion the tracks are not clearly marked. Don't let that stop you from exploring this lovely part of the world. The tracks are all fairly easy in my opinion. Perhaps see quails, rufus fantail, kingfisher, cockatoo, yellow robin, maybe a whipbird and others. Please leave your dog at home. Get in to it friends.

A nice easy walk to get you immersed in nature without a trek.
I think other reviews were a bit harsh. This is not a big national park, so not to expect grand waterfalls.

Great bush walk for anyone who wants to get amongst nature without driving too far from town

Nice leisurely stroll. The Rosella track was a little overgrown, but that was to be expected with all the rain. 🤷‍♀

Very beautiful and very peaceful. Absolutely lovely place with loads of wildlife.

Its a lovely place to visit. We had the little ones with us and they had so much fun playing in the creek and watching the water.

Great walking trails with lots of bird sounds. Tranquil setting. No public toilets or bbq/picnic facilities.

Nice short walk, good birdlife but the waterfall is mediocre

We haven't had rain for a month, but still running, for Toowoomba area it's worth 4 stars as Falls are few and far between.

Do not bring your dog to this nature reserve. If you like quiet bush walks this is a great little spot on the edge of Highfields, with remnant scrub and tall gums. Good for birdwatching and the occasional koala in late afternoon. The waterfall is small but always has a trickle even in dry times. Some steep paths. A hidden gem.

Close to Toowoomba and close to Highfields coffee shops. Pleasant short walks and lovely falls. Many birds can be seen and heard.

Lovely place for a bushwalk and great exercise!
