Supercheap Auto Lawnton

Today I received some bonus credit so I immediately did an online order for a couple of items that I had been putting off buying. The order was ready quite quickly. Easy to order and collect; friendly staff.

Just came in and grabbed a few things, Collin helped out and was amazing with service. We felt like he went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend him

Went to the Lawnton Supercheap today for a battery. Received help from a young woman and then another at the checkout. So impressed. Kind, considerate, helpful and engaging. I usually don't like going, but won'tget so worried again. Thank you ladies.

This is a great sized store, well laid out and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Have been to this store a few times and everything I have been impressed with the layout making it easy to find what I need and the roaming staff are always willing to help.

Good efficient service. Lady that served us was very helpful and knew her products. Store organized with sections well signed from the entrance of the store. Suggested membership m program we could get savings on return to store. And she informed us, if a product goes on Sale in the next two week we would get the difference returned if you are a club member.

Great service buy knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was in and out completely happy in minutes after staff assisted. Makes a difference to shopping experience and why I prefer it to shopping online.

I went in to buy a battery as the dealer said mine needed replacing. I paid for a new one but before installing they tested my old one and told me it didn't need replacing. They gave me a refund straight away. Not often a store will be that honest when they'll lose a sale, will definitely shop here in future.

Called in to get new wiper blades. Very helpful, came to the car to see which ones I needed. The gentleman got the blades and while I paid he fitted the new ones.

Recently went there to buy a phone cradle, the staff member was very helpful as I was about to buy the wrong one, she then explained to me which one was best, they were both the same price so I had no problem with changing. She answered all my questions and I left a happy customer.
