I like Jake. He's been our "go to" Plumber for years. Right before Christmas 2022 our 21 year old hot water heater died. We were leaving for a much needed holiday in two days time. Sent Jake a text with photos and within 15 mins we had a quote. Within half an hour we had him booked in to do the install the day before we left on holidays. He organised the electrician to synchronise with the plumbing works and the job was done without fuss and very professionally. The price was reasonable and we were very grateful for the stress free interaction. We highly recommend Jake. You can trust him.

Jake replaced the old galvanised cold water pipes in my house in June 2020. Jake was very professional and did an excellent job!!! The gal was replaced with copper piping. The price was also very competitive. I am very pleased with the end result. I recommend Jake for your plumbing work.

Our new house was missing a down pipe so we called Resolution. Jake came and found an existing drain buried in the garden. He was able to clear the old drain pipe without destroying our lovely garden and attach a new down pipe for us which made the job much cheaper and easier than we had originally imagined.
