Quick stop in for a beer, thought we would try the satay chicken skewers for a snack. They were delicious, even gave us a complimentary couple of chicken wings while we waited which were absolutely amazing. Beer was cold and fresh, staff were polite. Recommend.

We came to Toowoomba for the flower festival and stays at Burke & Wills Hotel, Zack’s restaurant is part of the hotel.

We had an early dinner tonight, not feel too hungry, we ordered arancini as entree, 3 balls 3 different favours, great taste, southern fired chicken burger and crumble fish as main to share, decent portion and full of favour. Sweet potato chip and chips are enjoyable, friendly and helpful staffs, they bring us 2 chicken wings as complementary at the start

Highly recommend Zack’s if you are looking for easy but tasty meal

First time in toowoomba and Visiting from the Gold Coast. Since it’s pretty cold outside to go for a walk and find a place to eat, I decided to try Zack’s instead tonight. Lovely food and convenient as staying in the hotel. Surely recommended. Thank you

I cannot express enough appreciation for this gem of a restaurant. My partner and I frequent this spot, and each visit leaves us more impressed than the last. Phil, our host, offers a warmth and attentiveness that makes each dining experience feel exclusive. The dishes are consistently exceptional, offering great value for the generous portions served. The ambiance is bright, lively, and impeccably clean. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking superior food and service at fair prices. Always enjoy our meals from Zac’s. Love the complimentary chicken wings on arrival. We had a party of ten recently and all of us were fed in a timely manner.

1st Visit: enjoyed the lunch special it was really nice. The place is clean. The people were really nice, wanted a chat as I was a tourist. I loved the complimentary chicken wing before the meal. Will come to Zach's each time I visit Toowoomba.

2nd Visit 11/8/22: Even better than the first visit and that’s saying something. The staff were so good, the food exceptional and very clean. Keep up the lunch specials.

This is a nice place more of a restaurant feel to it than pub atmosphere food was very gòd and reasonably priced. Staff were very nice.

Easily one of my favourite places to eat for lunch or dinner. A massive fan of hot wings and this place takes the cake. Nowhere else in Toowoomba compares like Zack's on taste and heat! The staff are very friendly, attentive and do their utmost to ensure you have a pleasant dining experience. Give the oysters and chicken parma a go. You won't regret it.

This has become our favorite after work on Friday meet up for great priced drinks and very good value meals

Awesome place. Bar staff & wait staff were super friendly. Wait time for meals was good. Free chicken wing sampling was a nice surprise & the food was FANTASTIC. (The creme brulee was OMG amazing) We honestly could not fault this restaurant. Well done guys - we'll definately be back!!!!

Amazing food, friendly service and a wonderful atmosphere. At the start of the night, we were given complimentary chicken wings. The fettucine with chorizo and prawn was rich and full of flavor. We also ordered onion rings and chips which were crispy and delicious. Overall, a great experience and will definitely go back again with family and friends.

What a wonderful place to visit, gorgeous restaurant wonderful staff and those chicken wings..tha best we've had. Will be visiting again soon, my new favourite place to eat in Toowoomba.

Zacks restaurant at the Burke & Wills is so conveniently located in the CBD.

The lighting is not too bright, the decor is beautiful and its warm and inviting with views onto Ruthven street.

We had the lunch special the other day and was really impressed with the great customer service, the quality of the meal and the value.

We will certainly be back.

Great service and probably some of the best quality food in Toowoomba the portion sizes are decent I would suggest the beef cheeks as they where great and so tender.
In saying that, because the quality of the food is so high the portions are smaller if you need a large feed get a side of chips or an entree.

In terms of pub food it's always top notch with service to match. The complimentary chicken nibbles are a great idea.

Stopped in for steak dinner based off a review on Google. We were pleasantly surprised that the steak and blue cheese sauce were superb. Would definitely recommend. Service at bar and the server was great. They were helpful and very friendly.

Great atmosphere and service. Easy to book a table. I walked in and asked. The meal size was more than adequate and the price was good value. Have a huge appetite. The coffee was great too

Service and food, great as always!!!
We had the platter to share and it was a lot of food for two people, so good!!
Also had a Waffel and it was delicious!!!
