We called Trusted Pest Management after a friend told us to call them and so glad we did! When I rang I spoke to Jessica, she was so helpful, listened to my concerns, and not only provided her recommendation of a Termite Inspection and General Pest spray but explained why. She then also gave a few options and I didn't feel pressured into a decision. Jessica took the time to find an appointment that worked around our busy days.
The pest man who came out was Richie and he was awesome! So full of knowledge, friendly and patient, working around our morning school rush.
We will be using Trusted Pest Management again and have already recommended the team to our neighbours who are all booked in!

Excellent service! Richie was super friendly and answered all my annoying questions!! I was a bit scared about my pets being in the house but he explained how the chemicals they use are very safe and even get used at childcare centres and nursing homes. He even went above and beyond by pointing out mold growing in our bathroom and explained how the moisture gets absorbed through the underlying concrete into the wood and showed the moisture levels using his little moisture detector machine!! I was very happy and impressed with his service.

Have used them before, will definitely use them again. Each occasion the staff are neat. polite, professional and on time. Malcolm was friendly and professional and happy to accommodate the treatment around my work from home needs and pets. Would absolutely recommend him.

Trusted Pest Management are our trusted termite and pest specialists. The team at Trusted are incredibly professional, sensitive and diligent and work on the principle 'prevention is better than cure' which we prefer too. I can only highly recommend them!
