What excellent customer service! Our workplace ordered a few batteries and I was happy to click and collect but I received a phone call to say they are very kindly offering delivery. Great local business. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I emailed on Monday night for a quote to fit my Ford Escape. Received the quote early Tuesday morning (tick). Rang up to make an appointment. No need just come in business hours (tick). The quoted price for the battery for my car was reasonable but it didn't fit so a more expensive battery was fitted at the quoted price (double tick ! ) The service team were friendly and professional. They will get my business again.

We would come here again and again. We were very pleased with the customer service and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Tim in particular was really great. He did everything he could to help and solve our battery problem, he troubleshot and dealt with it properly. We felt really well looked after. We can highly recommend the store!

I would come here again and again. My battery was flat, and I called them within 45 minutes they came. The guy (Jo) changed the battery of my car, he done an amazing job. Excellent service Battery World. Thank you.

Were prompt when I called them for flat battery.
Even diagnosed the problem with my brake light staying on and accelerator issues. Stayed with me until car was safe to drive. Very good service !
