I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with the whole bathroom renovation. And at a loss with tile choice. Elite was recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. Charlie asked me what colours I liked and the look I was after. Following he presented me with some options which made selection easy and straight forward. We decided on three different tiles/colours. My bathroom is very small and I was worried about the large tile. But he assured me it would look good. It doesn't look good, it looks great! Everyone (including the plumber, electrician etc.) say the bathroom and separate toilet look amazing. Charlie suggested the wall hung toilet and it looks so classy. I love his relaxed style, and eye for colour. My bathroom is beautiful. Thank you Charlie.

I purchased a Hansgrohe M3/M2 Ceramic Cartridge #92730000 and lost the small rubber connector that was in the box and could not replace the new unit. I contacted Elite Bathware & Tiles the next day and Charlie was amazing, he listened to my problem and looked for a solution, he contacted the manufcturer (Hansgrohe) who provided a free replacement connector. Charlie, Elite Bathware and Tiles and Hansgrohr were wonderfully helpful, polite, and very professional in helping me after my error. Thank you all very much, well done Charlie, I recommend them to all. :-)

As soon as you walk into the showroom you know you've found quality! Michelle and Mark were simply amazing to deal with. We did a new build project (which was stressful enough) but Michelle's advice on tiles was spot on. Although we were a bit overwhelmed at first she systematically went through each bathroom and powder room (there were six in total) to work with us on what our requirements were and offered us some great suggestions (including an illuminated strip around the mirror in one of the powder rooms). She also suggested an 800 x 800 tile for the lower floor area and it works beautifully. As soon as you walk into our house you can just tell that we have quality tiles. I also love how each room has its own identity but is also connected to the other rooms. Although we encountered a few hiccups with our tilers along the way, Mark was wonderful in sourcing the additional tiles that we needed which relieved a lot of our stress. I cannot rate Elite Bathware & Tiles highly enough and want to thank Michelle, Mark and the whole team for your outstanding customer service and products. Thank you!

12 months ago I used Elite Bathware & Tiles to complete a renovation on my house. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their products and the end result. I don't know how long they have been in business, but their product knowledge is second to none and the customer service that I received was outstanding.
