This is by far the most pleasant clinic I have ever visited. A very genuine and caring team! As a fainter and pregnant, the team here have always been great!

I’ve been coming here since I found out I was pregnant. Now almost 27 weeks I came in for my GTT. I was looked after so incredibly well. The staff here are just amazing. Professional and compassionate. Not to mention offering services on the weekends. I’d previously been living in the UK and can I just say how refreshing it is to still have services offered here to serve the people. This is not provided there. Super impressed and cannot recommend here enough. Thanks ladies!

I saw Ellie who completed a swab for my 1y old daughter. She was incredible, so gentle & kind. She is a real asset to this practice.

I've always had a good experience here. The staff are really lovely and kind, always treat me well. Can't believe people leave bad reviews because they bruised as though that's not a common side effect. Also people shouldn't complain about coming 10 mins before closing and not being seen. If you want to leave your job on time then let these people leave too.
Only recommendation I could give is to implement a ticket system so there's no confusion about who arrived first.

I should have just come here to begin with as every experience I have had at this clinic has always been positive! Even throughout my pregnancy in peak covid 2020, every person who helped me tried to make me feel as safe & as comfortable as possible. Thank you again & keep up the amazing work you do. It doesn’t take much to be kind & I appreciate the warm reception I have been given each visit.

My collector was wonderful - I’ve been getting blood tests since I was nine and have a history with medical trauma, but she made me feel completely comfortable and supported. Absolutely above and beyond what you would normally expect from a pathology experience.

Staff was very accommodating and very efficient. Special thanks to Nicole for looking after us even though she is also doing a million other things.

I had to visit for a covid travel test. The pathologists and/or assistants were so patient. They’re obviously under a lot of stress! They have to juggle normal pathology with covid tests. They’re only open for limited hours on a Saturday but still managed to juggle the patients.

There was a few people getting restless in the line for their travel tests. The staff handled it so well, considering the stress they’re under.

I went on a Saturday (opening hours 6:30-11:00), and had to wait 2 hours outside to be seen. Which isn’t their fault. I was grateful to have been seen and tested by them, especially given the circumstances. The staff were nothing but kind and accomodating given the intense circumstances.

They has to contend with some pretty angry and hostile customers, and yet they kept their cool. Having to explain to naive customers that we are in fact “in a pandemic”, which a lot of people don’t understand.

I want to say a special thank you to the woman with short red ‘bob style’ hair, and the woman who did my test for me, the one with quite short grey hair. You both made me feel so comfortable, and were so professional; despite the backlash you all faced with the queue.

My test was painless and easy. This is the only pathologist I want to visit in the future, due to their gentle nature.

Worth the drive as we don't live in Annerley. The closest open on Good Friday, the staff knew what they were doing , efficient and friendly even though there was a small queue. Great location too, as there's a Hungry Jacks across the street :D

We just did an international travel covid test here. We're very happy with the service. The swap took us only 5 min and we got the results back in 12 hours.

Your professional caring approach with my 91 year old reluctant father was truly amazing.

I definitely recommend this pathology venue! They are very friendly with decades of blood collecting experience. My wife's veins are tricky and many medical specialists failed cannulating them at the first attempt. She had a dosen of visits to this SNP and no single fail at all. If the sample is urgent, they will organise a courier in minutes. Please "like" this review if helped.

Always the friendliest team. Happy & helpful, very accommodating if you tend to faint around needles. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Michelle was friendly, patient and was very skilled at her job.

Extremely friendly staff. Great "poke" for bloods. No wait (at least not this time, I am sure it varies!). The girls were just so lovely.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Best blood test ive had. The Needle was painless.
