Very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Wonderful service.

Arrived at a time (6.15am) on a week day when not too busy and was attended to immediately.

Very friendly and professional staff. The team here at Stafford City are amazing. I've had bloods taken out many times before from different places, but this gentleman staff does it so nicely that I didn't feel any pain. They made me feel relaxed checking if I was ok not feeling dizzy and told me "Good Luck" when I left. Lady staff is very kind too. They were all amazing. Quick service. This place is excellent!!!!!!!! Highly recommended here.

Visited for a blood test. No waiting on Monday midday, there were two friendly ladies and easy&quick process.

I went to QML Stafford for a sample collection. The person in charge (Nile) was very knowledgeable and gave me right directions on when and how to carry out the specific tests. Customer service at its best. People like Nile are hard to comeby these days. Thanks mate.

I can not remember the ladies name that saw me for my glucose test but she was fantastic! She explained in detail what would be happening and how I might feel and she also had a very calm presence about her.

Says it’s open 9am-12pm on Saturday and then they just decided to change the hours for Saturday after 9am and having people waiting. No notice to the pharmacy staff so they could advise the people waiting and there is no sign to say they are actually closed. Phone number goes nowhere.

I do not recommend them at all. They have an awful finance department that doesn't know how to receive the money from insurance. So I paid, and my insurance paid. They fail to send me the new invoice with the new amount I needed to pay and they send me the lawyers.
Also, the person that took the exams from me was awful. This was at QUT. Total lack of customer service skills.

Does anyone work here? I called 6 times for over an hour and just kept getting a message to call back....pathetic, would give them zero stars if i could
