AWAKE AWARE MINDFUL

When I started working with Rosie I was 40, but I had always been told what my values were and what I believed. I had no idea how to figure out what I actually believed for myself. I had nothing to ground me and no tools to use to calm my mind. Almost a year later, I have all of those things, plus I am able to better identify my feelings, speak my truth without fear, and work on having honoring and respectful relationships. I could not have done it without Rosie!

My experience with the program has been a very self honouring and positive path to my personal growth and understanding ME! . Taking the time to work through the program with Rosie has been of the highest value for me both personally and professionally. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting and needing to make some changes in their life and relationships-mentally , spiritually and physically.
