Fresh Holistic Health

I've never had much need for the services of doctors, but I go for a check up every now and again. The previous one was 7 years ago, so it was probably time, since I'm in my 60's. Someone recommended FHH, and as I don't have a doctor, and I wanted to cover everything necessary (for my age), including the calcium score test (since I won't be going again for some years), I thought I'd give them a go, since the consultation is longer than the normal. I saw Dr Bernhardi ... she was nice, thorough, and diplomatic (I like my wine)! I did have to chase them up for the results, but I only had to make one call. I did have to go in again, to go through the results ... nothing is cut and dry it seems , but it was all informative and worth the effort. We all have a different idea of what's expensive or not ... if your compare the cost of the consultation to a QLD traffic fine, it was pretty cheap I thought, especially since I recently had to pay over $1100 and lose 4 points, because my husband was wearing his seat belt incorrectly, while I was driving! Now that REALLY hurt, and I got absolutely NO benefit from that faux pas, at all!

Fresh has the most incredible atmosphere! As well as, the most consistently, kind and genuine staff. I feel completely safe and heard regarding my health and well-being with Fresh’s team. Their doctors and health care providers are so knowledgeable and truly caring. Their ability and passion to find and treat the root cause of problems gives me complete confidence that I am make the right decisions for my health and wellness. Their studio is such a great space. If you go on the website (click on the about tab), you can see through the clinic via Google street view. Their instructors are just so good at what they do and how they teach. The community vibe is a breath of fresh air.

We love Fresh Holistic Health! What a place. What a team. Some of the kindness people you’ll meet. Consistently too. It’s not just the first time you go in, but every time! So genuine. Even the way the staff interact with each other and support one another. It makes you think. If that’s how they care for one another, how much more must they care for their patients and clients? It’s so cool to see how comfortable and confident the patients are around there. And their feedback on their experience. So encouraging to hear this kind of care and community can take place in the healthcare system. Oh! And don’t get me started on how knowledgeable these guys are! Highly recommend checking them out!

I always love my visits to FHH, everyone is always professional, courteous and personable. It is always lovely to be more than a number, to feel supported, to have my thoughts valued as part of persuing and maintaining my health in an integrative and holistic manner. I love the peaceful space they nurture. I love that the sauna is a near, mid and far variety. I love that they are truly a team working together, which always leaves me feeling safe.

Great venue for holding talks and cooking classes. I held my I Feel Good Whole Food Plant-Based Class here last night. The venue is beautiful. The kitchen is excellent for holding demonstration. It's designed really well and has everything you need. The large conference space has such a great feel and vibe and is equipped with a really large projector screen (its like cinema screen) so everyone can see your slides clearly and the surround sound for video clips or music that you like to play is super clear. Plus Luke and his team are super friendly and helpful. Thanks for providing such a beautiful space and for all you help to make this event such a fun, educational and enjoyable evening. I'm looking forward to holding another class in your space. Many thanks.

I have been very happy with the yoga classes here and have been attending regularly for the past year. Madi is a fantastic instructor who shows a genuine interest in her students. She always shows many options for those more/less capable, and has thought of adaptations for individuals (being that I am pregnant).

Everyone is super friendly and experienced. I highly recommend Fresh Holistic Health. So if your looking for a new Doctor who infuses traditional medicine with integrative medicine - then try them out. If you are looking for some awesome Yoga, Pilates, QiGong and Meditation classes - then try them out. Plus they have an awesome kitchen and hold all sorts of cooking classes.

Been going to yoga and pilates quite regularly . The staff and instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, they allow you to fully explore the range and capacity of your body in your own time and pace in a really friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
They make it very easy and smooth to intergrate into the class at any experience level, whether youre a complete beginner or further along in fitness/mobility. at nopoint do you feel confused about particular movements or poses when its regularly explained to you at an anatomical or spiritual level by the instructor(the burn is all evidence you need though).

I Have been chronically sick bed bound for 6 months in and out of emergency hospital feeling like my head was going to explode at times. No matter how many doctors and tests I had done I was getting no diagnoses at all other than "we think its psychological"...

Then Finally I found Dr.Chant that was able to mention a likely cause of the illness while we wait for test results to come back, I've been on her program only 1 week now and the sickness is 90% Gone. She has saved my life.

Wonderful Space to hold events - Has all the facilities including ample parking outside. Luke the manager was so accommodating throughout the whole process - We are booking another event !!!

Finally, a holistic health clinic that specialises in bio-identical hormone therapy!!!. A great team that look after you and are super friendly!!! Highly recommend!

Stunning environment that exudes peace and wellness.

I find Fresh Holistic staff positive and friendly. I find it refreshing from the stuffy doctor offices, it is a beautiful space. I find that there are so many amazing instructors for the classes they offer. I would recommend to anyone to check it out for some care and especially their yoga/mindfulness classes.

Called up just to ask a few questions about the facility, pricing etc and the receptionist was beyond rude. Didn’t answer any of my questions and at one point responded with “I don’t have answers for you love I just work here” definitely won’t be going here. How disappointing.

I can't speak about the other practitioners at Kunara but following my visit to Dr Chant I wanted to leave a scathing review. Upon reflection I decided that holding onto & perpetuating my distress about the experience would not serve me. I do, however feel the need to let anyone who is looking for help & support in the form of alternative treatments without judgement know that this may not be the doctor for you. Her attitudes to treatment are essentially that of a conventional western medical doctor.
