Signature Restaurant

My partner and I tried the Signature experience last night for his birthday. It was phenomenal from start to finish, one of the best meals we’ve ever had (and we are pretty big on food). The servers were friendly and knowledgeable, and we really fun to interact with.

We appreciated the chef swapping out the lamb dish for the wagging as I don’t eat lamb.

It was amazing, and definitely made the night special.

Absolutely exceptional service!! Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about all the elements of each dish. He gave helpful suggestions at the start and came back often to check on us throughout the night after each dish. Great atmosphere and all the staff were very professional and were attentive to ensuring you have a positive experience. Small portions but each portion is well made with complimentary flavours. Would highly recommend going here at least once to experience for yourself. Probably the best restaurant in Southbank.

Attended the Moss Woods wine dinner and everything was wonderful. From wine pairing to the dishes and service. Absolutely loved the wines and food, especially the Longreach organic lamb backstrap and Brisbane valley quail.

The restaurant and wine cellar were so beautiful, staff were lovely and attentive too.

I took my family here for the Saturday dinner night, we had 3 entrees and 3 mains, which are all fantastic. Staff is professional. Highly recommend come here and try out, the price for the dishes are not expensive in term of location and services

Signature- ticks all the boxes.
This restaurant has it all- wonderful decor within architecturally designed hotel, comfortable seating, amazing inventive food and attentive service. It was difficult to pick a favourite from the bug entree, Wagyu main and the desserts. The deconstructed tiramisu only just beat the rhubarb and strawberry crumble and not to forget the most comprehensive wine list. We were looked after very well by Claire who could not have done more. The restaurant also features a fantastic blown glass light feature- too many terrific things to mention.

One of our favourite restaurants. Lovely food at a very reasonable price. We had the five course option for $99. Wine pairing is available. All food was well presented and delicious. Staff were excellent and provided good explanations of each dish.

Wine was delicious and very reasonably priced.
Service was timely, friendly and informative.
Atmosphere was intimate but energetic. Perfect for couples.

Food was full of flavour and well presented. Staff went to the next level knowing it was a birthday celebration. Didn’t leave hungry as like some other fine dining restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion!

Cannot place fault on anything at all - the service was so good they even brought in wine from another venue to accommodate our tastes !
We will be back to try the 3 course menu as the deserts coming out looked sensational.

This restaurant is spectacular. Do yourself a favour and head there for a signature degustation with matching wines. Attention to detail and the service is first class. I have sampled at most of Brisbane’s establishments. This is leading the way with a fine dining experience and the wine library is one of the best in the country.

5 out 5. Luca looked after us and service was impeccable. We had the 5 course tasting with wine, and the food was exceptional. The quail and pork really stood out. Will come again.

Fanstastic experience with the truffle menu! Will definitely come back. The desert was very well prepared! Staff was very friendly and prompt, great customer service! Very relaxing atmosphere!

For starters provided complementary soup and signature bread. They also do good coctails.

I am absolutely thrilled to write this glowing review of the Signature Restaurant at the Emporium. From start to finish, my dining experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was simply outstanding - each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in every aspect of the meal.

But it wasn't just the food that left me raving about this restaurant. The manager Andrea , and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was a memorable one.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Signature Restaurant at the Emporium to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. This establishment truly deserves a 5-star rating in every aspect, and I can't wait to return!

I ate at signature the other night. the food was fabulous, the focaccia with truffle butter was delicious… I recommend doing the tasting menu, all the dishes are balanced and tasty, thanks to chef Luca. our waiter Damien was super nice and very professional, explaining every detail of the dish! I highly recommend this place! I'll be back soon.

What a delight this restaurant turned out to be! The staff were professional, friendly and attentive with some lovely extra touches added for our special occasion on the night. The food, (5 course degustation), was well prepared, flavoursome and innovative. We will certainly return.

Claire was our waitress and she was absolutely adorable, spoiled us the entire night and was extremely knowledgeable! very romantic, as i came here with my boyfriend for my birthday! highly recommend, every unique meal was delicious

The menu was really well tough trough and the service was lovely!
