My wife and I decided to try this place when we were in the area.
We were welcomed by the lovely Julia and looked after by Prebath and Wanni.
We shared the Signature Coco Shovel for our mains and the sticky date pudding for dessert.
Prebath even prepared a special mocktail for my wife because she couldn't choose one from the menu.
Will definitely come back if we're in the area.
Best to book especially on AFL game night.

So blown away by how lovely every single one of the staff was. As a solo traveller, we often get treated as a bit of an oddity, or at worst, even a nuisance! This was absolutely not the case at any point of this meal. Despite waltxing in at 8pm when they close at 9, five different staff members went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP. The cherry on top was that all the food was so good too! I had the iced Ceylon tea with fruit added (Delicious and perfect amount of sweetness), the pan fried snapper with garlic herb butter sauce and garlic rice (snapper was so fresh and crispy and flavourful) and the Caesar salad (Delicious sauce, super crispy bacon, generous anchovies and fresh lettuce) a simply perfect experience! Highly recommended as someone who eats out at restaurants a lot and has high standards!

Honestly the best service experience I’ve had while travelling in Australia. Came by this place unexpectedly and my dad & I have no regrets. We were served by Asanka, a lovely man with all smiles, made conversations with us and constantly checking up on us about our food or giving us updates about how long before the food would arrive. We had crab cakes, rump steak, fish & chips which were delicious, but the very highlight was the sticky date dessert, it’s our first time trying this dessert and it tasted….. mind-blowing for us. If I were to highlight what was great during my trip in Australia, it would be that dessert and our encounter with Asanka. I think I will daydream about that dessert from time to time and think back of my fond memories of traveling to Brisbane with our splendid experience with Asanka, thank you so much team, it has really been a pleasure.

I've had the pleasure of dining at Coco Gabba on multiple occasions, and it never disappoints. The consistency in the quality of their food and service is impressive. The prawns I had during my last visit were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were exquisite

Went here on a Saturday night 17 Feb with a quite large group (15). Service and food were both fantastic. I loved that we didn't have to eat a set menu. (as many restaurants request for larger groups.) The menu had something for everyone's tastes. My husband and I shared the Signature COCO Shovel - fresh seafood in a delicious broth. We were able to purchase our drinks direct at the bar which made paying the bill at the end easier. The service was friendly and attentive. It's quite a large space and was not crowded the night we went, which was a shame, hopefully more people will find out about them. I would definitely go back.

We had an excellent early dinner at Coco yesterday! We tried kottu roti for the first time and had beautiful seafood to share. The food was delicious!

I was pleasantly surprised at the combination of flavours in my dish. I highly recommend the snapper. The service here is fantastic. I can not recommend CocoGabba highly enough. 5/5

A hidden gem. Food was delicious (Barrimundi with Thai Red Curry Sauce was just lovely and partner had crab curry which he also loved) and service was spot on. Highly recommend and will be back with friends.

The best Sri Lankan Crab curry. It was just divine. Staff were friendly and accommodating and beautiful atmosphere.

There is no better place in Brisbane to savor the flavor of seafood and other varieties of food than at Coco Gabba, a beautiful restaurant that serves excellent food with amazing mouth-watering at Budget Friendly pricing . Creating delicious, no-compromise drinks and sweets. We had a lovely day and were really impressed by the excellent service we had. The restaurant served delicious classic dishes made with fresh seasonal ingredients and matched them with carefully chosen beverages. Authentic seafood dishes that look, smell, and taste as good as the real thing! I can't stop thinking about next-level cuisine.

The restaurant's interior design has me equally as impressed; it's a work of art.

Looking for a spot of dinner before a gig and came across this restaurant by chance. The decor pulled us in to be greeted by a lovely gentleman called Asanta. Sensational service and the Ceylon Crab was mouthwateringly delicious. Very well priced and great location. We are bring the families back here for their Sri Lankan nights and live music. Recommend this place but book if there is a Gabba event on
