In The Pink

Super cute little dessert gelato place. So many flavours, standard crowd pleasers as well as some unique flavours.

We Had:
- Mint Chocolate
- Lemon Cheese Cake
- Caramel Cheese Cake
- Chocolate
- Pistachio

The cone is pretty good too, not too sugary and not too thick or thin. Pretty generous scoop too, definitely a no brainier. Will be back again, thank you!

Well, this place is certainly near the top of the list as far as ice-creameries go!
A great selection which changes often.
The flavours are truly unique. Samples include mango/macadamia, Nutella/peanut butter, lemon cheesecake to name a few.
Whatever the flavour, they have pieces of the flavour (ie: real strawberries etc) on/in the ice cream.
The staff have always being friendly.
I almost have shares in other place!

Loved it! This is lotus flavoured ice cream. Do try that!

The staff were so lovely and caring, as my sister was quite upset prior to this and they were so friendly and kept checking up on her and the biscoff ice cream was delicious

Omg so good I didn't even remember to take photos of our gelatos! $5.00 for one scoop, $7.50 for two scoops and $9.00 for three scoops. Belgian chocolate was my favourite. Pistachio was really nice and both the raspberry cheesecake and boysenberry cheesecake were nice as well.

One of my most favorite ice creams in Australia so far; macadamia and salted caramel w/ white chocolate were amazing 😍

In The Pink Gelato Bar has the best gelato in Byron Bay. I enjoyed Lemon Cheesecake.

Stopped off yesterday so a yummy treat and was in amaze at all the delicious range of flavours specially catering for GF. Salted Carmel with Nutella was beyond Delicious and the lady that served us was super lovely and bubbly! A must stop off so a treat

Incredible ice cream. The gourmet shakes are top notch. You can pick 3 different ice cream flavours from what is available and the result is incredible ❤ definitely recommend. The lady who served us was lovely and really friendly

Delicious ice cream, huge selection of interesting flavours and generous servings. Store often looks busy but don’t let that put you off as staff give super fast service.

We enjoyed the icecream Birthday cake ,everyone raved about it at the dinner party especially the Birthday boy 80 years old which proves your never too old to enjoy a In The Pink yummy treat

So many flavours. I really shouldn't try them all... but they are so good!
We had Snickers, mango macadamia, Nutella salted caramel, and Mars. All were 5 star!!!

The gelato is amazing !!! My rocky road was out of the world. Very busy and they’ve been around since 1988 - it must have been good to have lasted this long. Highly recommended for anyone from near or afar.

Delicious and creamy gelato. We tried the mango macadamia, espresso martini, and belgian chocolate and they were all so good!

Love this place! Like an authentic Italian gelato place, all the focus is on the quality of the ice cream.

Many of the other places in Byron focus on looking good rather than tasting good.

Found this little gem on my first trip to Byron this year. Was after a particular flavour on recommendation however it wasn't available. The lovely shop assistant told me you can request a flavour days* in advance and if it's possible it can be made available. Thought this was awesome but I was leaving that afternoon. Still, the gelato was amazing. Will be back on the next trip.
