Excellent communication, patience and analysis of how the old bats needed to be rounded and weighted. 7 stars to Rod as he took the time and delivered quality results. Had 5 bats rounded and weighted for my son. Rod never tried to sell me the new bats but mentioned that our bats are in good condition (2 were fairly new) and why waste money when you can get the outcome from already prepared bats.

I have had my new bat for a few weeks now and, wow, what a difference it has made. Rod talked me through all the steps and custom options. Length, where the weight sits, shape, handle thickness and so much more completely tailored to me. Really made me think about how I bat and my technique. Would definitely recommend if you are after a new stick, about the same cost as a "off the shelf" standard option.

Great work on a weight reduction. Could not be more happy with the result. New lease of life on an old bat that was just sitting in the corner collecting dust.
