Woka Woka

So glad i waited for this place to open. Chose a Szechuan fish dish and rice, very good portion, flavoursome and nicely spiced. The vegetarian chowmein and curry puffs were also looking delicious. Very good value for money. Great restaurant with a large menu. Prompt cooking and helpful service.

The dining area was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food!!! The food was amazing. I went for the first time with 3 friends and we all loved the food. The drinks are big and there's great deals

Im not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews went here last night for the first time they have the biggest menu selection I've ever seen they do steak and everything here. The place was packed price's are pretty good the garlic bread is top notch and the other food is amazing some of the best food I've had in a long time I definitely recommend coming here

Been here a few times now, both lunch and dinner.

I have not been disappointed on any occasions.

Servings are big and quality is great.

The menu is extensive and has great variety.

The only “minor” downside is they don’t sell beers.

This restaurant is becoming my go to place.

We absolutely love Woka Woka (market square) and go here all the time because the food is consistently good and value for money. The food usually comes out pretty quick too. Tonight was just as good.

We got the shredded beef in peking sauce (first time here) and it was just so good. The beef was tender (which is a first for us because it's usually quite dry and tough whenever we order it at other restaurants) and the batter was crispy but light. Such a delight to chew on. The sauce was perfect too, flavourful but not too sweet - we usually order sweet and sour pork but I actually liked this dish more because it was a more balanced sweet and sour flavour.

The spicy eggplant and minced pork (main size) is a fave of ours so we always get it too. Just as homely and comforting as mapo tofu - I just love how large the portions are here. Can also never go wrong with a milo freeze drink 👌

We also got the deep fried wontons (definitely recommend if you like fried entrees!). Everything was perfect tonight - don't go here if you're hungry... otherwise you'll want to order everything on the menu.

Great atmosphere, food, and service. Our waiting staff was very attentive to us despite having a large party group taking up two large tables.
The food came out fast and was presented nicely. The San Choy Bow (Lettuce wrap) was our favourite dish.
We will definitely be coming back to try the other dishes they offer.

Nice place for Asian and fusion meals. Gets a little hectic when they are busy in the evenings. But yeah, I'd recommend this place any time.

Value for money afternoon tea sets. Lots of dishes to choose from, comes with a free hot drink! Big portions and tastes delicious.

Have been coming here for years!!! Such a great GO-TO place to eat when you don’t know what you feel like having for lunch/dinner but I love it for its home style foods. The most extensive menu, that even my vegan friend was so happy to see the number of options on offer! Quick service by the friendly staff! Food comes out promptly & is delicious - decent portions & prices! Undercover parking & outdoor parking available, also easy to get to via public transport - take the 130 or 140 bus to Sunnybank & walk over. Will be back, highly recommend!

Authentic Hong Kong style restaurant 😋 but don’t expect any service :P which is pretty normal in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 😂

Should’ve taken more pictures but when you’re hungry pictures are the last thing on the mind. If you’ve not tried this place you must. The food is tantalisingly good. To the satisfaction of taste buds and since our first visit, I’ll be honest … we’ve return to Woka Woka several times and still rate it 5 ⭐‘s. Service is friendly and fast, great value for money being that it’s well priced and good portion sizes. We’ve invited several friends who have all enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

This is the place to share each dish with your friends and family because their proportion are generous. I ordered the dry noodle with BBQ pork and it comes with a small bowl of clear soup. So delicious! Because they have a variety to choose from (from BBQ pork to creamy pasta to steak), there is something for everyone.

** Update, added photos from another visit 😁 ** Had dinner here last night and it was simply amazing, place was very busy but still got fast efficient friendly service. Love the numbering system for ordering, such an excellent system. Now in to their food. OMG so delicious 😋 So happy to have discovered Woka Woka, I can't wait for my next visit, so many menu items I want to try now. Next visit I'll remember to take some photos to share 👍😋

Always love coming here to eat, used to be called coffee square. Has now been renovated to accommodate its popularity and very spacious.
Food is still delicious and fresh and still very affordable.

Woka Woka (formerly known as Coffee Square) is one of my favourite restaurants that I've been going to for 10+ years. The service is always prompt, and the food has been great majority of times. Due to the rotation of cooks between the different locations, the food can be hit and miss on occasion, but I never let that discourage me from going again, time after time as the food and service overall are top notch for authentic Asian cuisine. Have tried many different dishes and each one has been delicious that I have too many favourites to choose from! Certainly a must visit when in Sunnybank.

My recommendations are the sweet and sour Pork ribs, salt and pepper squid, combination fried noodle and szchewan noodle soup.

Fast and tasty food. Love the steak and Peking beef strips.
