Spaces - Brisbane, Riparian Plaza

My experience with Spaces has been very good! Roanne is nothing short of amazing. She has made my experience as a tenant very positive. Her dedication to her craft and supportive nature is something you cannot find elsewhere. She will always go out of her way to make sure your needs are taken care of! Roanne was able to keep our company within the Spaces workspace by purely being there for us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Spaces because of Roanne.

My Spaces experience has been nothing but positive, largely due to the support and atmosphere Roanne creates! Her dedication to always going above and beyond to help others out and creating a warm, welcoming environment – highly recommend using the shared spaces on level 38!

Excellent professional service from all the team members at Spaces. The team here makes me so comfortable and they are so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere on the floor 38 is very nice, warm and welcome. Also the view is amazing. Highly recommended!

Stopped by to use the shared space on level 38, staff were so accommodating and kind. Rohanne was especially helpful with accessing facilities and seating, overall such a positive experience!

Easy to set up and good service. In and out no fuss.

I would certainly recommend that you seek an alternative service provider. A snapshot about my recent experience with Spaces:
- Fob to office did not work for at least 10 days after commencement date;
• No internet access for several weeks;
• Delay/disruption in getting access to carpark and goods lift to bring items into office;
• Unable to print;
• Constant communications with team members to try and understand what is happening with back office items;
• For a lot of the time I have had to work from home because I did not have the full benefit of the services that I have paid for.

They then suspended my account and access to services over a $2 invoice and a $40 invoice from 2021 that they say was unpaid. I have no way to verify invoices that are so old, and can't understand why they would still be due when they had previously paid back my bond. In any event the alleged invoices related to a previous contract, and it is astounding that they would disrupt my business over such small amounts.

UPDATE: Please note that Spaces did reach out to me after this review, but did nothing to resolve the situation. Instead they issued me with another invoice for an extra months bond because I did not put my credit card down for direct debit, which I could not do because they suspended my account over the minor invoices above. I ended up paying the $42 just to minimise disruption, and asked that they credit the additional invoice. They refused.

We were with Regus in Ann Str, Brisbane for 9.5 years.
Definitely many more negatives than positives.
Suddenly we were given a couple of days notice that they were closing the Brisbane Office.
Now we're waiting for the refund of our initial retainer deposit, (which they didn't remind us of, we only remembered about it when reading the original agreement).
They promised the refund 6 weeks ago, followed up a few times... many promises, but still no retainer refund !!

Follow up: 16 Aug, Still no refund of the retainer.

An absolute scam and waste of money. Never followed up and did the job I have paid for, and then refused to cancel the contract even though they never held up their end of the service’s they guaranteed.

Go elsewhere.

I have reported several times the revision of my lease and no one ever answers . The reception girls who are very dear can not solve an update problem that has been going on for more than 8 months and there is no available Finance Manager to review and inform me the status of my account .

Very poorly run organisation, the app doesn’t work half the time and the staff make no flexibility and still charge you for a booking that can’t be amended.
Shop around before you get locked into a contract with these guys. I have been completely disappointed with my experience.
