I've had multiple property managers and Managed Property were by far the best. As a tenant they were accommodating to my needs, reasonable with expectations, and friendly. I also know the landlord was happy as the three parties had open communication.

It was our first ever tenancy in Australia and we had a great experience with Managed Properties. Melvyn as our agent was prompt in addressing our enquiries and concerns. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay during our tenancy thanks to them.

I am a tenant with Managed Property and am really impressed with the level of service I have received. Isobel is my leasing agent and she is always engaging, helpful, professional and understanding. Anytime I have notified them about a repair or maintenance issue, it has be dealt with professionally and promptly. Our family has used Managed Property for a period of approximately 6 years. Throughout this time period Managed Property has provided prompt, courteous, expert assistance in the day to day management of our properties. It has been a wonderful assistance to us. We deeply appreciate their professional approach, and find that their excellent communication regarding all matters that tenants have brought to their attention has been very helpful. Their record keeping is great and the end of the financial year summary is faultless. The management fees are considerable lower than the bigger Real Estate companies. They also have an attractive deal whereby rental management fees are waived for a short period for the owners of an existing property that is already on the Managed Property books if these owners refer a new client to the Agency.

Managed Property Realestate agency was hands down one of the best real estate agencys' in Brisbane, who managed our investment property and were always proactive with dealing with any issues such as the unfortunate floods in 2022 in Brisbane.

We leased a property through Managed Property and found all communication and issues were responded to in a really prompt manner. Super easy to deal with compared to other real estates we have experienced. Very quick to forward info to owners and advise of outcomes as well. Staff are lovely.

These guys have genuinely been the best agents I've dealt with as a tenant, after renting a property through Ray White and then Aspire where I ended up getting repairs done through the handyman directly because they wouldn't respond to our emails and calls. Managed Property (especially Jasmin and Janelle) were like some fresh air. They would reply to emails usually within an hour; even on weekends and have someone organised to fix whatever issue we were having the same day! They were professional but not too egotistical, compassionate with the COVID woes and even reassured us that when we had to break our lease that it wasn't that big of a deal and took it in their stride. Just lovely people to deal with. I would highly recommend them as a tenant. We were honestly shocked by how much they cared.
