She was always in touch and helped us through what to expect at every stage of the process. Lucinda acted as our Property Manager and the service we received was second to none. The level of professionalism and responsiveness we received from Place Ascot surpassed our experience with any other agency previously. We are now looking to sell a property and would not look past Place Ascot. The staff are wonderful with particular credence given to Lucinda Owen, Nicholas Loftus and Rachel Witteman who make a dynamite team across all aspects of the industry. I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could.

We have bought 3 cars now from Paul at QLD 4x4 over the last 10 years. We keep going back there because he has so much product knowledge and we never feel any pressure to buy or make a decision. The customer service is great and I always refer friends and family to him.

The qualities I look for in a Real Estate Agent are a hard work ethic, informative and consistent communication, add-on value of marketing and PR opportunities and, of course, RESULTS.
