Misbehaving debit card needed a PIN change and was subsequently "eaten" by the ATM. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful

Was told to collect a new card from this branch via sms(Friday arvo), was told when I went to collect the following Saturday that card collection from this branch is Mon to Friday.

A little clarity would help as to when collection is available.
2 other customers wasted the start to the day to be given the same excuse.

Went into the Robina branch yesterday to do a fund transfer .
was asked by the young male at the service counter if i had a appointment i said no did not think that you had to make an appointment to make a transfer from you own account to another account.the young male had no ideal how to help.
He then said he will email the manger to see if she would be able to help.Answer came back no unable to help they need to make an appointment. surely the transfer would not have taken that long to do.ifs shes the manger SHE NEEDS TRAINING IN HELPING CUSTOMERS .its the worst service i have ever received.
we have been banking with the ANZ for so long and this is now they treat you.
i was given a card to ring a number where they can do the transfer over the phone spent the next 30 mins to do the transaction. then was advised that there would be a $28.00 fee for a service fee. where do they get off we did all the F work and you ANZ HAVE THE HIDE TO CHARGE US A FEE.
WE WILL BE CLOSING OUR ACCOUNTS AND GOING ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO GIVE CUSTOMERS SERVICE.....

Not even worth 1 star. The staff are rude, and have no interest in helping their customers. I went in there to help close a business account for my elderly father (who's overseas) and was told it was not possible until he returns and that in the meantime, his account will keep accruing fees. I have power of attorney and they said it would take weeks to get it processed, while his account will keep accruing fees. You get the picture. WORST SERVICE

Was horrified by lack of interest when I explained what I wanted. The reception person did not listen and kept repeating what I was saying and got it wrong each time ( Lack of interest or of intelligence?) Called the manager and he was abrupt and dismissive , and also did not listen. Will never go there again

Extremley poor customer service -our money was sucked back in at the machine. I gave them multiple times to try and rectify this.
I then called to make a complaint which they then booked me an appointment with the branch manager who was not even there and the booking was placed actually with a junior team member. Then left disappointed again as they guaranteed an e-mail would be sent out by end of day to confirm it was the banks fault as I am working on behalf of a business and at their time of close no e-mail received. They are also in denial about their mistakes on receipts as we have proof the time and dates of deposits are wrong, and have claimed to do their own tests which came back "ok". Problem after problmem , would not reccomend banking with them as I have had many issues similar to this before.

Every time the staff absolutely rude!!!! Their machines are always playing up.
Stocklands is my preferred branch everyone is welcoming and easy to talk to

Told to deposit coins through their ATM. It took all coins and then came up with an error to contact bank as it couldn’t deposit or return the money. No reason for why it didn’t work and now have to wait over a week to get the money back.

I only want to update my changed of initial I have all original IDs and my marriage contract but this chinese guy who helped me was so rude questioning me about my marriage contract names?? all I want is a change of name ! and he is getting angry coz he dont want to listened to my explanations. So I have to show all my other bankcards and credit card and private insurance “saying to him I only want to change my middle initial on my ANZ card you giving me a hard time??” then he became calm! what a discrimination!! worst Ive ever been!.
I have to closed my account.

Came in to close an account at 3:53 and was sent away saying they didn’t have time to do it before they closed. When I closed an account with westpac 10 minutes prior it took less than 5 minutes. If you aren’t open for business till 4pm then why is it on the door. Absolutely terrible service turning customers away while the branch is open for business. I’m done with ANZ. Last straw.

Should have read reviews before opening accounts. Tellers always make me feel like I'm doing them a favour by going into the bank. Saturdays...don't even try.
Today I called about bridging finance. Waited 30 mins and spoke to a lady who didn't now what a bridging loan was. She then said she'd transfer me to a different department. Unfortunately I went back into the original queue I was in before. So waited. Same result. No idea what a bridging loan was...transfer...back in queue. I gave up at that point. An hour of my time. Where do I send the bill?
What was hilarious was that the last song that played was "You drive me crazy". Can't make that up. Very appropriate I thought.

ANZ has cancelled my travel rewards.
They are calling the redirection of these funds a “complimentary trip”.
No. I have spent money on my credit card on purpose. The “travel adventures”.
Is not answering any calls. They don’t have call back service. This...is happening to thousands of people right now. They have just decided to cancel without my permission, a major part of why I have this credit card.
I’ve been working on this for years.
Going into the store doesn’t work, you must call the hotline.

Team have been continually unresponsive, disrespectful and exhibit profound incompetence in assisting my clients with setting up their business banking facilities. Cannot recommend. Go to Burleigh branch for marginally better service, or choose a different bank entirely.
