Justin took us through the sale process, he’s communication skills are second to know. We tried to sell the property ourselves as it was supposed to be a sellers market. We realized quickly while we were getting plenty through the property, they were not our buyers. Justin took over, had the same experience and was able to pivot the marketing and in the end we had multiple offers and were able to have choices. Highly recommend Justin, his team were also brilliant, not surprised. Justin knowledge of the market, comparable and what motivates buyers all added to the experience. If you want a agent who actually makes you feel he is working for you, he and his team are for you. Justin was signed up to sell 2 investment properties and our family home on a large block property. Within just a couple of days he had 8 or 9 contracts for us to consider for our home and within just a couple of weeks we had contracts on the investment properties above what we expected also.

He successfully negotiated an excellent price with a developer for our large block as well as a long and flexible settlement of 6 months allowing us to find a large acreage property that suited our needs for our new home; it's not just the city that it's currently difficult to find the perfect property at the right price and location!

The team at the agency were also very attentive when it came to dealing with the developer and other purchasers.

Justin's knowledge in the building industry was also of great benefit when dealing with a developer. It was also great when dealing with purchasers that were not savvy when it came to the particulars on building and pest reports.

We have recently moved to Everton Park after living inner city. We had lived in a number of apartments and had received what I thought was fairly good support from the real estate agents. I cannot say how different David from Madeleine Hicks has been! From the minute we moved in we have been supported and any concern raised was addressed quickly. We are in a lovely home and I believe that Madeline Hicks Real Estate must look after their owners as well as their tenants which I think is a rare thing. Often tenants do not receive the same respect, with real estates forgetting they are future home owners! At Madeline Hicks we have felt respected and important. I would absolutely recommend them to both owners and tenants for a long term real estate relationship!
