Land and Sky Cafe

I never written a Google review for restaurant but had to login and give them a glowing review. My favourite Japanese Cafe! This new cafe serves AMAZING food! Their menus is FUN and CHEAP. My second time coming back here and this time a takeaway for lunch. The beef cheek curry for $15 comes with a generous amount of beef, rice and Japanese style side dish. It's so flavourful and hearty. This is hearty food that I would cook for my family and friends. You can just tell that the people running this cafe put a great effort in their menu. I will be coming back again!

I've dined with Land & Sky café several times (& ordered coffee even more!). I was so pleasantly surprised to find this perfect this gem of a café. The food was excellent & well beyond my expectations of quality & cost. The service was extremely friendly & I'll be back there again for sure! Thanks!

The Land and Sky cafe recently opened down the road from us so we thought we would try out what they have to offer. Their menu is relatively limited at the moment since they have only just opened but the meals were refreshingly unique and ready within 10 minutes of ordering. Plus the chai's were amazing!

The service is top notch and it looked like they really cared about both their food presentation and they way they conduct their business. We will be back soon.

Enjoyed a beautiful Fathers Day brunch at this fantastic new Cafe in Gaythorne. The coffee was amazing and so had to have more than one. Our meals were plentiful, fresh and delicious. We have found our go to place when we visit Brisbane. Looking forward to returning to try the lunch menu soon.

I love coming to Land and Sky, such friendly people and the food is amazing. The sides menu also differs slightly each day which keeps things interesting. Stopping in for a chat and a coffee is definitely encouraged, you won't be disappointed.

This is the best Japanese cafe restaurant in Brisbane. Tonkatsu may not be great but all the side dishes are very high quality, authentic but a bit original Japanese. For me, a Japanese who misses real Japanese foods, this place is the place to go.

The best food I have had in a very long time. So wholesome and delicious. I love the variety of flavors in the various sides. Such a great change from the standard breakfast fair and very good value for the freshness of the ingredients.

Amazing food, great hosts, cute little wine list and so reasonably priced! Do yourself a favour and order one of everything. 2 of the kangaroo tataki.

Plus you can sit outside with your dogs :)!

Fantastic food! Katsu Sando was delicious and the potato and nori bake was out of control! A great local addition we’ll be visiting again soon

The food was delicious, pork katsu sides and coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This is one of my favourite local spots.

Great Katsu, nice sides, and fast and friendly service, an all around great place. Simple menu, but better to do a few things well, as they do here.

I had the sausage patty sandwich and my wife had the avocado with bean hummus. Both were awesome. Thanks guys.

Great coffee and food if you prefer Japanese stylings as opposed to bacon and eggs.
